Just looking at VA site and noticed the price was down £100 from yesterday.Going on the 9th -24th december is now under a £1000 for the 3 of us.Tempted to book now to stop pondering over it but I know last year when the sales were on theye were lessBUT I am quite happy with under a £1000.

Some friends of ours are going and I was going to book there flights with ours but I am 1000 miles short.DH has 8000 in his account does anyone know if they will pool the miles so I can do one booking rather than two:confused3

AFAIK you cannot pool miles. But, what you can do is pay for each leg individually (as far as miles are concerned). So, you can use one persons miles for the outbound and one persons for the inbound - hope that helps.

And, back to your original question - I'd book 'em.

Never done this.Doesn't it cost more for a single trip rather than a return flight:confused3 Sorry if I have misinterpreted:eek:

You pay for the return journey as normal. But, when it comes to the miles you need, you split them in two and can take them from different peoples accounts. You don't even need them to be from people who are actually travelling.

I've posted a couple of easy ways to get extra miles on this thread.
