Annual Dues question

We switched over to paying monthly. DVC has taken out the monthly dues from our account. Our outstanding balance shows that it has been taken out on the member site. So all good.

However, it still shows the alert to pay balance by January 15/February 15 with the overdue message. The message is not in red however.

Is this normal? The message still being there. Does it stay there all year?

And will there always be an outstanding balance to pay on the member site even when you are paying monthly?

I'm sure everything is in order. Just want to make sure that monthly DVCers have those alerts and balances.

My account shows the statement balance and then the outstanding balance. Each month the outstanding balance changes. I didn't really pay any attention to the notice about paying in Jan/Feb so don't know if it is there. My other account which I paid by credit card shows the statement balance and then the outstanding balance as 0.

Thanks. It seems weird to still warn you about a deadline when you are on direct withdrawl. Oh well. I'm so pleased to have monthly payments.
