We've never been to the DVC resort at Vero Beach and are trying to budget for the trip.

We plan to eat breakfast and lunch in the room and would like to know what the average dinner costs are at the resort restraunts, water sports rentals and anything else you can think of.

Have you tried allears.net? I believe the menus for Vero Beach are included there. Try the member web site, as well, for the watersports rentals, etc.
