2009 Rates?

princess: Does anyone know when the 2009 rates get posted? I'm trying to plan a trip well in advance for my daughters 4th birthday, her first trip. I'm trying to make it as magical as I can for her, thus planning so early.

I think I read somewhere on here that it would probably be mid summer. I'm sure if you call they can give you some rates now.

I'm not sure when you're planning on going next year, but you can book room only 499 days in advance. They'll give you an unguaranteed rate, which you'll still have to make the first night's deposit. Once the 2009 rates come out then they'll adjust the price of your reservation. When we originally booked for next year, the guy told me the rates would be out in August.

When did you book for next year? Did you go through travel agent, or go through Disney directly? I don't need a package, so I'm hoping to take advantage of discount codes for our room.
