Waitlist question

If you are waitlisted can you try other ressies while waiting for another resort?????
Is there a problem cancelling the waitlist if another resort is available.

There is no problem with cancelling a waitlist. You can call and reserve something that is available and stay on the waitlist.

We actually did this. We wanted a week at SSR but had one night not availible and waitlisted. I called to check a couple of days later and a room was open at OKW, which we took just in case. The CM I spoke to was great, she noted on my waitlist that I had a ressie at OKW and if the waitlist for SSR came through to cancel OKW. Imagine my surprose when I logged onto member services to see that it had all been taken care of just the way we had wanted. OKW cancelled for the one night and seven six nights at SSR!!!:yay:
