I enjoyed getting the beautiful postcards of each of the DVC resorts in the mail today along with the refrig magnet. Of course they want you to use these to mail to potential DVC members..but mine are going to be framed and matted:)

Got mine on Friday - the postcards are nice! Wondered how many sales DVC would get from this mailing?

Disney have a policy of not sending any promotional "gifts " to europe, which I feel is discrimination. Our guide has many times taken this issue with DVC management but they say it cost to much.


I feel this is not right.

We received ours but for the life of me, I can't figure out why the magnet is embossed with the circle. Anybody have an idea?

We've not gotten anything other than the inital announcement a few weeks ago. I'm curious to see if we will get anything though, since we can't legally be given anything by a timeshare organization we own share in to recruit due to Pennsylvania state law.

Ordinarily, given the typical timeshare marketing, I'd agree with the law. I'd just wish they would make an acception for Disney.

Ordinarily, given the typical timeshare marketing, I'd agree with the law. I'd just wish they would make an acception for Disney.

We received our two weeks ago here in Michigan. I thought it was very nice!! The postcards are nice and they make me want to go back REAL soon! :D I don't plan on giving them out to anyone....defeats the purpose I suppose! ;)

You poke out the circle and use that part of the magnet to frame a photo. It's two-two magnets in one!

Well, I got home last night and lo and behold there was a box from DVC with our stuff! I guess they can give us stuff to promote, just not reward for getting sales.

Amazingly, the picture magnet is almost perfect for framing the picture of our 2 year old niece which was already on the fridge.

Hi there

I am sooooo glad for all of you getting your surprises in the mail, but we have been asking since last year for the VWL pins and were basically told that the postage to Europe was not cost effective.

I noticed that Madmouse has received some items this time and I have just sent a stroppy email to Member Services about why we never receive anything.

Here in CT we also don't get any of the "thank you" items for new members....but I did get the package in the mail today! :)
