Looking at the point chart, it looks like we would need 153 points at AK and 172 at OKW for a weeks stay in Oct. If someone is renting points for $11 a point, that would be $1892 for the ressi, right?

If it is either 153 points for a week or 172 for a week, then $1892 is correct for only one of those

All of October is Dream Season. The points you quote are correct for the following:

AKV 1-B/R Value, 7 nights: 153 points, = $1,683 if @ $11/point
OKW 1-B/R, 7 nights: 172 points, = $1,892 if @ $11/point

Keep in mind October is very popular. It might be difficult to get an AKV 1-B/R Value as they may go first. You probably already know that an AKV 1-b/r standard view is 180 points for the 7 nights.

Thanks for the help.

It's all tentative right now. I'm trying to come up with different options to present to dh - onsite, off site, renting points, etc.

I know Oct will be busy but we just aren't able to go on the slower times.
