will DCl do private parties onboard

We are going on the cruise with 3 other families and I wondered if it is possible to have a private party to celebrate a special event while onboard. Has anyone done this or do you know anything about it?

Well, we attended a wine tasting party hosted by another DISer in their Cat 3 room, and room service provided a very nice cheese and cracker spread.

You might be able to arrange something in one of the conference rooms that they have, or possibly in a secluded area on deck (such as the rear deck area on deck 7 (I think it's deck 7)) - I'm thinking guest services on board might be able to help you set something up.

While we were on the January 19th 7-day cruise, we were at Palo's for dinner and they had a small wedding reception in the back room with about 15 people. You might be able to work something through DCL.
