And can you use it every single year?
Or do you have to buy a new one every year.
Express pass is purchased on a per day basis. It changes depending on the season and is good for only one ride per ride.
So after you ride a ride, the pass is no longer valid. Also, after the day is finished, the pass is no longer valid.
Perhaps you are thinking of the annual pass that gives you admission for a year?

It is based on the season and with that you need to know when you are going. We went two weeks ago and it would have cost 25.00 each. The longest line was Shrek and it was 30 minutes. All others were just about a walk on. :goodvibes
It also varies on the weekend. Here is the chart, you can check it out yourself. Make sure you scroll down to see all 5 charts.

It varies day by day we just bought one on Sunday and it was about $38.00 per person including tax and if we were going to IOA we could have added that for only $5.00 per person. They are supposed to mark them off as you enter each ride, but they don't always do this and we were able to use ours more than once on a couple of rides. It is worth the money we spent especially going with a two year old (by the way we did not need one for him)

Is there an Express Pass line for all the attractions or is it like Disney, only a select few popular attractions?

Is there an Express Pass line for all the attractions or is it like Disney, only a select few popular attractions? Most of the attractions at IOA and the Studios have separate lines for Express. The only attraction at IOA that does not use Express is the Pteranodon Flyers. All of the bigger attractions use Express.
