I thought I would try to keep track of who was going to be in Orlando and when,:confused3 so I built an excel spreadsheet which is just a big calendar. I'm plotting everyone's vacations this way at a glance you can see how many people are in town at the same time. I can't post the results as they are spead out through Feb 09 and they change by the minute but if you would like me to keep you updated I can email you the spreadsheet.
