im sure everyone knows wwe (wrestleing) well thing wrestler jeff hardy i hope some of you know how im talking about so you can help me out, well he wheres these sleeves on his arms and i was wonder when you go to a live show if they sell them there because i really want a pair so someone please help me. thanks a bunch:)

I'm like 100% certain that they're stockings that he cuts (or the WWE wardrobe department cuts) to look like that. Short of doing that (and yes, it is possible to get neon stockings/tights), I'd suggest buying a neon fishnet undershirt. I'm also just about 100% certain that they don't sell them.
