After listening to all the concerns - we have come up with new designs that hold the spirit of the original WISH artwork but also add some new options...
Eye2Eye shirts run around 19.99 - 29.99 - plus shipping and handling - there is only a $2 price break for volume so once we add in extra shipping and paypal fees - ordering individually is the best option - the shirts also give everyone the freedom to order shirts whenever they want them. They take 3-5 days of production and then however long it takes shipping from Ontario to you
http://eye2eye.org/ProductsVolleyball.htm
They carry adults and children - T-shirt, Tank tops, Sleeveless and spaghetti Straps
T-shirts come with short or long sleeve.
Loose or tight fit (Performance)
Right now we have these 3 designs - they are willing to put your name on the shirt for no additional cost - and if we want to make a "Scream team" shirt we can also do that - the kids might like this!
This is the "Disney" Design

on the shirts with sleeves - we can add the W.I.S.H. letters
at this point - we are planning on ordering a couple of samples - to give you all an idea of what the shirts will look like IRL - so hoepfully in two weeks - we will have our samples in hand and be ready for everyone to place orders.

Beautiful. I have to admit, that the front of the shirt with the castle and running characters is adorable. (I still don't care for the back, but please don't tell anybody! :ssst: ) I like the other two designs as well! Ya'll done good. All the shirts still say Disney Fan and Wish participant to me!

I am glad you like it!! The beauty with eye2eye is that if you would like the blank back of the shirt with the castle front..you can do it!! or the characters running without the castle - you can do that!! I am sending the artwork to them in layers so theoretically - you could pick the parts you like best!!

Just a random note, the word on the back on the current shirt is "TRUMPS" not "TRIUMPHS." I may have totally missed an agreement to change the motto if so disregard me. :confused3

Good catch Matt. That is a "typo". No changes (official or otherwise) were made to the motto.
Any other proof checkers out there?

I really like the castle design! And it's a Canadian company so no crazy shipping charges (hopefully)! Is the Performance Style the best for running?

I LOVE the first design, but again is Disney gonna throw a fit when lots of us have this on? :confused3

Sandy got a shipping quote from them - and it was around 5.99 - so it will not be outrageous shipping..
Thanks for catching the wrong word...definately a typo...
the key is in the fabric not the style...
the style performance vs. the other is fitted vs. not - but the styles are still men vs women even if they are not the performance - I am imagining the performance being more like a biking shirt in its fit...
the fabric I think that will work best is 5039
http://eye2eye.org/Fabric.htm
Reference #: 5039
Name: Tech - Lite
Composition: 100% Polyester Interlock with 3M wicking
Characteristics: Very Lightweight, Very soft with silk feel to it, smooth finish
Ideal use: Daily wear, running
Description: Has a fantastic feel to it. Extreme lightness combined with a sensational softness. Very breathable. This is the new generation of moisture management fabrics that wicks moisture off your body leaving you cool in summer and warm in winter
this will run 19.99 in the normal styles...

Thanks again Kate for the work!! I appreciate that you are sending the design in layers!! (I subbed in a computer tech class that had an assignment to do layers, so I now know what that is!!)
Here is a cut and paste from eye2eye sales
Sandy
to ship 1 jersey or a jersey is $8
we use the postal service
If it is just a t-shirt it will probably be between $3-$4
I would have to go there and price it
It would be cheaper and less work to ship it from here to individual addresses
If it is a larger number I would do it at cost +$1 for the padded envelope and work
Mark
so I thought a tshirt would be $4 + $1 for the padded envelope - but keep in mind he is 'guesstamating"

Actually I'm off - its the words that are the same, but Kate has disigned it with the Star Wars type of writing - and the front doesnt have the same runners on it -
but the logo of WISH is the same, and the back has the disboards.com/WISH with the Dumbo feather - which is the same logo -
so I apologize for the confusion -

Can you give us an idea of when these would be available to order?
julia & nicks mom
02-15-2008, 11:04 AM
I have sent them the artwork and am waiting on a proof - once we get that we can start ordering...
so you can either order without seeing a sample (and you become a sample ;)) or you can wait until the samples are out to see them
I imagine we will be ready to place the sample orders next week - and it takes 3-5 days after that for an order to process and ship - so two weeks from now I would imagine someone will have a sample in hand and we can begin ordering...
once you order I would say you could expect your shirt within 10 business days.

Great news...I finally have proofs from eye2eye...
One thing I notice that I see as the only potential problem is on the back that the words do not expand from the DNF - to the bottom...
you can see how I sent it to them in this artwork here...
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b60/wdwoct2005/3wishback.jpg
this is what they sent back...I am not sure what delay asking them to fix this will cause...

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b60/wdwoct2005/A1.jpg
sleeves will match shirt with this on it...
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b60/wdwoct2005/A3.jpg
I guess the decision needs to be made if we want the words to extend longer on the back or if we are happy with how the shirts look...
I do not know if Bill is still planning on placing a test order or if anyone else is willing to be the guinea pig
the shirts are ready to order...make sure when you place the order that you give them your order and specifically mention you do not want Kate on your shirt ;)
they come in mens or womens...loose or tight fit and the material is 5050 - you can use the volleyball page on their website as a guide for sizing and options...http://eye2eye.org/ProductsVolleyball.htm
this is the email to place orders: sales@eye2eye.org
production and delivery should take one week to be at your door from the day you confirm your order...

Did they pick the 5050 fabric or did we? I'm just curious as to how the fabric type was decided. Do you know if we can choose a different fabric for our order if we like? I'm curious about the 5039.
I couldn't find any specific sizing info on their webiste. Should we e-mail them directly?

The trumps part is right.
Yikes! I just noticed that teh definition of WISH is still wrong. It should be We're Inspired to Stay Healthy. The way it looks now is We Are. The way the fisrt letters aer emphasized, it woudl be WAISH.
Other than that, tehy look great!

03-24-2008, 02:29 PM
Hi all. Once they are a "Go" I am still willing to be the guinea pig (at least as to the camo & WDW designs, not sure I need another plain for now). I agree about seeing if we can close the space on the back (although I think it looks good in the WDW style as it allows for more of the landmarks to be seen).
As for as Carrie's point, "We Are" was used, but the first letter of Are is smaller than the first letters in "We," "Inspired," "Stay" and "Healthy." (The same as was done with the "T" in "To".)
Kate--It probably would be clearer to use "We're" rather than "We are" and also have the first letter in "To" be white (in addition to also keeping it smaller than the other first letters) to further have the key letters W-I-S-H stand out. I hope that made/makes sense and disregard it if others think differently. Let me know what, if anything, I can do to help get things ready/finalized for orders.
dsnyfan21
03-24-2008, 08:16 PM
I agree with most of Bill's, making the font bigger on the back to fill in. Also making it "we're" and not We are.
Also, I was looking at the web site on the volleyball section. I am assuming we can order any of those styles, like sleeveless, cap sleeves, etc. Can we do the 5039 or just the 5050 fabric?
I am ready to order as as soon as the changes are decided upon.
Thanks so much for all the hard work!!!!:worship:

you can look at their sizing at www.eye2eye.org
their email is sales@eye2eye.org
I would tell them that you are ordering one of the WISH shirts and want to place the order immediately and let them know which design you want - the plain, the camo or the disney one...
sorry there is no order form...but I would say email them and tell them you are ready...

I just called eye2eye to place an order, the person I talked to said they just moved, and the power crashed in the new location. They have an electrician coming in today to rewire the whole place. He appologizes if your e-mails have not been answered. They are running on "borrowed" power from a neighbor. He also told me that I would get an e-mail with the artwork on the shirts I ordered later today or tomorrow, and that the shirts would be mailed out on Monday or Tuesday, which should easily get them here for the Minnie. Payment will be by paypal invoice. For those who e-mailed them, I would call or e-mail again if you have not heard from them by the end of the day.

When I asked about the sizing, he just told me it was the same as you would find in a store, I know that does not help very much. He also said the shirts were a loose fit, so I opted on the womens large (I would normally buy a cotton t-shirt in large, and a tech shirt in med in uni-sex sizing, in womens I sometimes buy a large and sometimes an XL, so we will see). I am kind of a between sizes person, so it is hard to get things that fit right.

Just so you know, I have requested that eye2eye provide some type of form we can use to e-mail orders and that identifies the three different shirts. In my e-mails and telephone discussions, I have generally referred to the three shirts as:
Disney-Castle WISH shirt;
Camo WISH shirt; and
Plain/original WISH shirt.
These are not "official" names, but that is what I referred to them as and there never seemed to be a problem with them understanding which shirt I was referring to.
As Kate mentioned, the company has apparently been growing recently and it has hired additional designers to help with the work load, as well as apparently moving their facilities. I note that every time I have called, they have responded to my questions and requests. E-mail responses have varied from very quick replies to some having to be followed up on. Hopefully the company will get settled and the shirts will turn out as we hope. It seems that we started working with them during a period of change/growth and they are still working some kinks out. The owner does seem to be genuine and my WISH is that this all comes together in time for those who want the shirts for the Minnie.
So you all know, I plan to order a Disney and a Camo, but decided to wait until later as I will not be at Minnie and don't want to potentially slow down the processing of orders/manufacture of shirts for those doing Minnie. I am not aware of an "800" number to call. I have always called using the number posted on the site.

Don't know if this relevant or not, but I've been working with them on a running shirt I want to use when I run with my agency.
The designer (Keven) has been very quick with responses and changes I made to the design. Took two days to work through the process. Now I'm just waiting for the invoice to pay for the shirt.
I did note that he said to order one size larger than I normally wear (short sleeve performance style shirt is what I ordered). I guess we'll have to see what we end up as far as sizing, as I ordered a 3X.

OK, I have tried to call them all morning from 9am to now 1pm EST and I only get a message saying that the voicemail box has not been set up yet. OK now what? I tried to fax them at the fax number and I get a persons voicemail with no identity given, so I just left a message hoping something. Maybe they are not working today? That is just very strange that both numbers are not working. I live in FL and I am just dialing the number with a 1 in front of the area code, is that right? I was saying hello and then it hung up - that was around 3pm. I have not had any luck. I am sure they are probably gone for the day. I am not sure if they are around over the weekend, but I guess I will try anyway because I really want a shirt before May 1st. (If anyone has a tech WISH women's shirt size large or a man's tech WISH shirt size med they would like to loan me if I can't find a shirt for the Minnie 15K, let me know.)

*UPDATE*
I didn't get anything yesterday and so I called just and got Mark on the phone. He was getting different options that people were asking for other than just crew neck or performance style. He had an order form ready yesterday, but then after looking at what others were trying to order (v-neck, crew neck, speghetti straps, etc), he decided to make up a new order form. He told me he should have it ready today and email it out to those who were asking about the shirt. Then he said the shirts would be ready in a few days to be mailed out.
I hope I get an email with an order form today.
If anyone gets one please post it here.

I just want to thank Kate again for all of her hard work in designing the shirts, working with eye2eye and staying on top of this thread.
Everyone ordering, please let us know how the shirts are when you receive them. Because of the timing and eye2eye's move, etc., we never had a chance to pre-order and review the final product in/on an actual shirt. I really hope they end up as nice as the design seems to indicate they will be. (As previously mentioned, I will be ordering a couple shirts, but I am going to wait unil after the Minnie so as not to delay anyone's order who wants their's for Minnie.)
As previously posted, the 5050 material is the tech material that eye2eye recommends and uses for shirts for other running clubs. Per eye2eye, the other tech material identified on its web site, the 5039(?), proved to be too thin and did not hold up well. I was told that eye2eye intends to update its materials list when it gets a chance and the 5039 will no longer be shown as an option.
Thanks to everyone for your patience during this and hopefully eye2eye will work out to be a reliable alternative for acquiring shirts in the future whenever a team member (new or old) wants or needs one.

He said he was couriering them so that we should have them by Mon-Tues of next week. He said they were covering the cost of the expedited shipping so we could get out shirts on time. I've never walked in a sleeveless and can't find body glide (will probably just go ahead and wait for the expo to pick up the body glide). But, I really wanted to try out the sleeveless with the body glide BEFORE the race. Don't want to try anything NEW on race day. I am leaving Friday. I have no worries about the shirt. I have worn event shirts to the events (I know that is a big no, no but I do it sometimes) without ever wearing them before I just have been lucky that they never really bother me that much. I do use body glide and vasaline for chaffing areas, but shirt openings have never really gotten chaffed. I hope it gets here, but if not I have a backup NB lime colored shirt I can wear instead.
I guess this place got way too much business in which they are just not that ready to deal with. If the shirts look great, then we can order more and not be so rushed with getting them.

I hope everyone remembers that the original plan with respect to the eye2eye shirts was that the project was back-burnered for a little while as there were two other shirt orders going on (RaceReady and AlertShirt) for people who wanted shirts for the Minnie Marathon weekend, as well as a hat/visor order. We then went back and worked on finalizing designs and options with eye2eye with the plan being to possibly use this company in the future as a source for shirts that people could order when needed. It was not anticipated that these shirts would be available in time for Minnie weekend.
Also remember that these are not stock items of eye2eye as each shirt is made to order.
I hope everyone who is looking to get one or more of these for Minnie does, and it sounds like eye2eye is making an effort to do so. If the shirts do make it and are as hoped, please express your appreciation to eye2eye as such a quick turn around (1 to 2 weeks) for custom made shirts with delivery would, IMHO, be excellent service.
As one of the people who dealt with eye2eye, I felt obligated to remind people of the above.

Thanks for the reminder, Bill. I know they have been very helpful everytime I have called. I would love to have the shirts by the time I leave for WDW on Thursday, but if it does not happen, we did get the Race Ready shirts and I have them packed. So for this race, we can be identified as WISHers. We each have 2 of the Race Ready shirts, so we can wear them while we are scream teaming for the 5K, and for our race.

Well, I've been a WISHer for less than one month, so I didn't know about the "original plan." But, eye2eye kept giving information that it would be no problem to receive our shirts before the minnie. When Mark sent me my order form, he said the shirts would be mailed out the week of 4/21. So, I'm hoping to get mine by Friday (I don't leave until Saturday morning). If I don't receive by Friday, I'll be racing around to find something in lime green! Even if you can't recognize me, I'll be able to recognize you!!

Yeah - I guess I wld have the same comments.
When I spoke to them last Wednesday, I was told *for sure* the shirts would be sent by courier that day.
It is now almost end of day Monday and I still don't have mine. I am in Canada and probably one of the closest WISH members to eye2eye. There is no courier service that I know of that would take this long to deliver.:rotfl:
I guess that is the problem. Not that they couldn't get things organized for the Minnie...but that they continued to give assurances of things that they don't seem to have lived up to.
That said, I am sure I will receive my shirt before I leave so it is no problem for me. I just hope someone who had been promised a shirt and was counting on it doesn't end up "shirtless" for the Minnie!
And I am really hoping when we see the shirts we will all love them so much that any initial inconvenience will be forgotten!

I'm not sure about the size/length.

Has anyone received their shirt yet? I wish Mark would have said he couldn't do it in time instead of making empty promises. I hope we all receive our shirts in time. I know some of you are leaving Thursday (I'm not driving up until Saturday morning). I sent Mark an e-mail yesterday, asking if he had shipped my order yet and he sent a reply late last night. The e-mail said "see attached." Well, the attachment was an ORDER FORM. What??? I paid on paypal 4/16/08 for two shirts. It really seems like he's waiting until he gets ALL shirts done before he ships any of them. That's strange. And, it doesn't look promising if the person from Canada hasn't even received theirs yet. Also, I wonder what "courier" means? I thought that when someone sent something by "courier" that it mean's overnight mail. I guess not. I'm a new WISHer and I really want my shirts!!! :sad2:

Does anyone know what "by courier" means? Is it like Fed Ex or UPS? I need to know to be able to tell my neighbor to look out for a package, as I am assuming it will not come until after I leave on Thurs. I do not want a package to sit on my front porch for a week while I am gone, (especially with our wind-it might not be there when I get back!).

I'd like to know what "by courier" means too. Probably involved a horse. Someone previously was told that all shirts were going out 4/23/08 "by courier." Well, if that was true (Fed Ex or UPS), we would have them by now. I paid $48 for my two shirts and now I'm wondering if will ever receive them. If he just used Post Office Priority Mail (from Canada), well from past experience, that could even take 7-10 days (not always the 2-3 days the post office will tell you). We should have all received e-mails that told us when our shirts were shipped. I never even received a confirmation e-mail from Mark (besides the paypal receipt). :sad2:

Just a note that even if he couriered it, please bear in mind that the package will have to get inspected at customs. This can delay things, especially if they determine that duties have to be paid. I do hope you guys get your shirts in time for the weekend though!

I am the one from Canada who spoke to eye2eye on Wednesday of last week and was told the shirts for sure would be sent out by courier that day.
I *still* don't have mine and it is 2:30pm here.
I thought for sure that I would have mine before I left on Friday. Now - not so sure.
As an aside, even if the package was sent regular mail from Ontario on Wednesday, I still should have received it by now!

Just got off the phone with them.
I was advised that everything was sent on Friday and Monday by courier.:confused3 No explanation why it didn't go Wednesday, but then again, I didn't ask. I was too

I understand we were not working on these specifically for the Minnie, but because they said it wouldn't be a problem (for me have received mine yesterday... :confused3 He asked when I needed it and I said Monday, April 28) I went ahead and ordered one for my mom, dad and BIL to wear at the Minnie. That is the only reason I ordered them. They will probably not ever need them for another race as this may be their one and only (especially my BIL). I will be very disappointed if I get them after I leave. I can use mine again, but I will really feel like it is money wasted for theirs if they do not arrive in time.
If they could not get them done in time, they really should have let us know instead of saying we could get them in time. That is the only part that is irritating. For me, I wouldn't have minded waiting. I have a WISH shirt I can wear, but now I've gotten the hopes up of my family members because eye2eye said we could have them in time.
If those in Canada do not have them yet...It's not looking good I will have mine on Thursday. :sad2:

Okay, I may regret putting this out there but...Can someone find out 100% for sure if these have shipped?
If they have not, can Eye2eye hold them until the "special WISH courier service" can go retrieve them on Thursday? The only kicker is that those needed for Saturday morning would have to picked up from Shades of Green resort(by the Poly) Friday evening probably around 8:30-9 pm as the "special WISH courier service" doesn't get into Orlando until around 7 pm that evening. If Eye2eye has already shipped fine, but otherwise this will be the best way to actually get the shirts rather than rely on them.
BTW, I didn't order I've just been following the thread and feel it's wrong that they promised Minnie availability and now it seems questionable so...

Just so everyone knows, I wasn't trying to upset anyone by my prior post. I also personally haven't spoken to anyone from eye2eye about delivery by a certain date. To the extent people were told by eye2eye that they would have them by this week, then eye2eye has made its own bed, so to speak.
I'm WISHing everyone who needs a shirt receives it.

Bill - I thought your post was a good reminder of the background dealings with the company. I agree they can't be faulted for not being in a position to get things going in time for Minnie.
However, as you say, if they accepted payment from people promising shipment by a certain date and fail to deliver on that, this is a different story.
To update: it is now after 5pm where I live and still no shirt. Thank goodness I had the foresight to have eye2eye ship to my office, not my home as otherwise I would not have received the shirt in time as no one is home by day to accept delivery.
Here's hoping it comes tomorrow and that all the US deliveries are on a super-accelerated courier service with expedited agent clearance through customs!!!

My understanding based on my conversation today with eye2eye is that all shirts were mailed out Friday or Monday to whichever address people personally provided.
However, I think a teammate was just generously volunteering to pick up the shirts and transport them in the event they had not been shipped.
Again, this is another option that it appears eye2eye took out of our hands when it unilaterally made the decision that it would not notify people in advance that the shirts would be shipped 2-5 days later than they promised.

Well, that's not good if they let someone pick them up for us without our approval! Mark has all of our e-mail addresses (was on order form). I can't believe he hasn't sent out status e-mails. I've sent two e-mail int he past two days with no response (except that he sent me another order form when I asked for the status of my shirts!!). If he sent by "courier" - unless he sent by something like Federal Express or at least UPS 2nd day air, we probably won't get our shirts in time. U.S. Post Office Priority from Canada won't do it. And, depending on the type of "courier" used, we may get home to find a note that we have to pick up our shirts (ie: from Fed Ex or USPS) the following day (which may be too late). Aaarrrggg!

He didn't let someone picj them up without approval. He just shipped them late. Lynne was offering to get them and get them to you at the Minnie if they had not been shipped. I'm sure they would have gotten suthorization for that first, but it looks like it's not an option, as they supposedly did ship Friday and Monday.

I just want to remind everyone that these shirts are being shipped from Canada. You can not predict the amount of time it will take to get through customs and on it's way. Normal ship time can be anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks for most sizes. I receive letters and packages from Canada for work and personal and delays through customs is common.

I stopped by JC Penney on the way home from work today and bought two lime green shirts (not quite as bright as WISH shirts, but I would still call them lime green). I got one sleeveless and one with sleeves. When I got home, I saw a package on the counter (a big envelope) and got excited. Then, I looked at the return envelope and it said CA. I thought, oh, California. Then, I thought, maybe Canada. I ripped the package open, but it was just a Dooney & Bourke lunch bag that I had ordered from Ebay. Oh well, at least I have the plain green shirts I just bought. Not sure if I will take a permanent marker to them to make them my own WISH shirts.

It is with some trepidation that I am posting to report that I received my WISH shirts from eye2eye this morning at my office in Connecticut. I had not requested express shipping nor spoken with anyone at eye2eye when I ordered about a delivery date. I think they look pretty good, especially the fact that the "writing" and graphics are part of the shirt fabric, not printed or ironed on. One thing is that the back graphics go all the way down the shirt, so some if it will be lost/covered for those who tuck their shirts in.
I hope others have/will receive their shirts today. WISHing everyone luck as to same.

That's GREAT news Bill. I hope I get my shirts today (I'm not leaving until Saturday morning - for the Minnie 15K). I don't think any of us (or at least not many) asked for express shipping. It's just that Mark felt bad that it was taking him longer than expected to get the shirts out, so he said that he was going to "courier" the shirts. Bill, you said you didn't ask for express shipping. But, I was wondering - did your shirt come to you by regular mail or express. And if it was by express, what express service was it? It is now 1pm here and I do *not* have my shirt. I leave the office in 1 hour for vacation in all likelihood without my shirt.
I am completely disgusted with the company. Not because they couldn't get the shirt to me in time, but because they knew of my deadline and did not call or contact me to determine whether I still wished to proceed with the order, deciding themselves to ship it out either Friday (2 days after they promised) or Monday (5 days after they promised). And from the timing of delivery, even if it shipped Monday, I find it hard to believe it went by courier!

Just another tidbit I found out talking to lots of people on the phone this morning, DHL picked up the package in New York, according to DHL, it was sent "ground" from there, which, if I understand them correctly, was not an expedited shipping, because they said they could not find an exact delivery time because it was "ground" and according to DHL, although it was on the truck for delivery, it was not scheduled for delivery until tomorrow. According to Purolator, we could find out an exact time for delivery, and they said it was supposed to be a noon delivery. There seemed to be a communication breakdown between Purolator and DHL. Purolator seemed to be still on the expedited delivery, but DHL was not. That may be why we did not get these shirts yesterday.

WARNING: My order was not correct. My sister in law checked for me. I was missing one shirt and one was incorrect.
I have a SMALL Ladies V-Neck w/ the name SHARON on it. If it is any of yours that is going to the Minnie, I can bring it.
My name is not Sharon and I ordered all of mine without names. Just let me know before I send it back. I'm afraid "Sharon" may have gotten my ladies 1X V-neck.
Stacie
Stacie - I think you have mine! I just got one and it's not my size and doesn't have a name on it. It's a ladies v-neck size 1x, so I must have yours! I'll bring it with me this weekend to the meet on Sat....are you going to be there. We'll work something out to make an exchange. Yay, I'm so glad they arrived in time. Sharon

Yay Sharon! It is mine. I called and Kevin was going to research to see what happened. I will bring it for sure. When do you arrive? I could try to get it to you on Friday. We are going to the Expo around 12:30 I think.
Now...If I can only figure out is someone else has my Men's XL Camo shirt.

DHL just delivered my shirts to work here in California. The order was correct, but the sizing is a bit large. I ordered comfort fit, v-neck, mens shirts....I guess when they said comfort, they really meant COMFORT. LOL

Oh I forgot they should have the name Scott on them. Just a little miffed as we waited a few extra hours for these to arrive. Time to drive to Denver.
Good luck to the rest of you , I hope your order is correct.
Lynn says they look like they run large in size, that is for the mens sizes

Stacie, I got your PM :goodvibes We don't arrive until very late Friday night, so we'll be going straight to an offsite hotel and go to bed. Sat. we plan to go to the expo in the AM to pick up my packet, go get groceries and check into AKV, then over to Port Orleans for the meet. I'm sure we can make the exhange at some point. :goodvibes

Scott...So sorry yours were incorrect! I know you feel. I hope someone got yours by accident.
Mooshu...Glad yours were correct!!!
My SIL thinks the ladies is running a bit small...Guess I should have ordered a mens.
So...I've got my ladies worked out. Still missing an XL Men's Comfort Short Sleeve Camoflage if anyone got it by mistake.
Good luck to the rest of you guys!

OMG. I don't know whether to laugh or cry! Not my shirts. But, if anyone gets mine, let me know. They should say DEBBIE on them. Two shirts. Both v-necks. But, one is a regular t-shirt style with short sleeves and the other is sleeveless. I'm going to the Meet at POR Foodcourt Saturday at 4:30pm (not even arriving until Saturday morning). Hope I don't get someone else's shirts if you're needing them for a Saturday race!

I just got home and took a look at mine... The XL Camoflage one I ordered has the characters running across the bottom. I thought only the Castle one has the characters. I bought this for DH so it would look more "Manly" but the charachters kinda give it the opposite effect...
This is really frustrating.

postesf: at least you got something! I'm really unhappy about this situation. I'm interested as to when you all ordered and I really wonder why all shirts were (supposedly) shipped on the same day!!?? I submitted my order 4/13/08 and then paid when they e-mailed me the invoice, which was 4/16/08. I was promised that there would be no problem receiving my shirts
(2) before the Minnie. I went ahead and just put a note on my door to tell DHL to leave the package at my front door in case they come while I'm at work tomorrow. If they don't come tomorrow, then I'll be soooo sad. And, it will be terrible if the shirts are here when I get back and I find out they belong to someone else! I wish that courier company would update their website - there's no update since 4/30 at 3am when my package was stuck in Pennsylvania!! (sounds like same thing for dsnyfan21). I think we're both in South Florida (I'm in SW Florida - Fort Myers).

We got our shirts today. They were delivered at 4:45 this afternoon. Unfortunately Stacey (Tink06) was already at the airport waiting to board the plane. They really are nice shirts, I just wish there would have been better communication from eye2eye. I know what it's like to run a small business and when you get hammered with a large amount of business at one time, with a deadline, it can be very tough. I do want to thank everyone involved in the process on a job very well done. The design is great and the shirts seem to be good quality.
Good luck to everyone running / walking on Sunday.:thumbsup2

They need some serious quality controll, then to top the day off, we get to the hotel here in Denver, no reservation found, pull out printed confirmation, front desk says oh you stayed here 4/16-4/18, credit card billed, checked Amex bill and sure enough it was billed, no other questionable charges, this is the good thing, the GM is working things out, wierd. I have several witnesses as to where I was in Cheyenne on 4/16-18. I was in trial in Federal court.
WHat a day.
It would have been nice for them to have either called or send an email.
Can I put a hold on the Pay Pal charge????

Debbie - one of those might be mine. I ordered a Ladies Medium t-shirt with short sleeves and v-neck. Not going to help me though as I am only doing the 5k and I take it you are only arriving Sat am.
I received *NO* order and I am in Canada.
I spoke to Kevin early this afternoon who promised he would email me tracking information. I've received nothing.
I have to be at the airport at 5am tomorrow. Going "shirtless" - LOL!

Hey Tracy. I don't leave until Saturday morning. Maybe I'll get my 2 shirts tomorrow - would be funny if one of them was yours! I hope people who receive the wrong shirts will show up at the Meet at the POR Food Court Saturday at 4:30pm - so we can exchange if need be! Can't wait to see everyone. I just read all the posts and I am really sorry that everyone's orders are so messed up...
Someone and i forget who said their shirts had Kate on them - they did a mockup of the names to show how they would look and used my name...I wonder if they left that on for your shirt -
they certainly seem to be lacking quality control...they must have been in such a hurry to get things out that they didn't check carefully...
sounds like they are great shirts if eye2eye can get things coordinated...maybe with more time for the next race they can slow down and get the orders right...I really wish he had not promised them to people for the minnie and overextended their resources...

He was at ING in Atlanta last year! However the Speedo was red there so he left a TINY bit the imagination. (Race number was pinned to his behind)
I am so sorry for everyone on this thread. I remember being very concerned about the lack of "professionalisim" that I saw on the eye2eye website! It appears that it was a valid concern
As others have said, WISH is not just a shirt.
For those of you that have the New Balance limelight. I have one and it's VERY close to my race ready WISH color!

I just had to pop on here too and say how sorry I am for all the frustrations everyone is going through! :grouphug: I'll third Vic and second Lisa, you absolutely do not need a Wish shirt to be a member of the team. I joined Wish in May 2005, I have run 4 half marathons and one full marathon as a team member and not once did I wear a Wish shirt. I still knew them on the course and they still knew me. I just ordered a Wish shirt from Race Ready, so the half in January will be my first race wearing the Wish colors.
For the person who questioned about disputing a Pay Pal payment, you can absolutely do that. You can either dispute it through your bank or dispute it through Pay Pal. There is a link on Pay Pal's main page to report disputes, they take 15 days to investigate your claim and after 15 days you don't receive the product, they will refund your money. If you do receive the product while the claim is open, it can be closed at any time.
Good luck this weekend everyone, I'll be thinking about you and WISHing I were there with you!!! :cheer2:

Hey. According to DHL, my package is on the truck in my town right now. Unfortunately, they told me they must have someone at the home sign for it! And, I'm at work. I left a note on the door for them to leave at my front door, but was told by DHL that they won't leave a package if someone is now at home (even with the note)!!!! Was told that DHL is open til 6pm tonight, but driver's don't always get back before closing time, so my package may be stuck on the truck somewhere... I'm still hoping for the best (also hoping that my order is correct).

Thanks for this reminder Vic. I was just going to post the same thing.
So everyone knows, my first and only race in my illustrious endurance career was the ToT 6.5 K last year. Other than having to make frequent stops due to back issues, I had a great time. I had never met any WISHers prior to the event and I didn't get to WDW and the event until right before the original start time. I did not have a WISH shirt on (in fact, I was wearing a navy blue shirt at a night event), easily found other WISHers at the start based on their shirts and within minutes had met at least twenty WISHers who spoke with me, many expressed happiness (and surprise) that I had made it given my wacky travel schedule, they encouraged me during the event and many were still around after the finish and congratulated me.
The shirt is not what makes you part of the team, rather it is the people within the shirts that make the team. (Plus, WISH doesn't enforce any "uniform" rule to participate. Its not the NFL.)
I am sorry that unfulfilled promises seem to have been made by eye2eye and that it looks like orders were messed up. But please don't think that not having a certain shirt means you are not part of the team.

Another person popping in to offer :grouphug: :cheer2: and a :woohoo: for everyone.
The Eye2Eye thing sucks eggs right now, and I'm so sorry that some of you won't have the shirts you ordered in time for the Minnie. On the up side, this is going to be a great bonding experience for everyone down the road, and even provide a good laugh. I hope that's somewhat comforting during what I know is a stressful time.
And I can't say it better than everyone else--WISH is more than the shirt. You're all my WISHmates, and I'm cheering you on this weekend, even if it's from Pgh!

Oh, I know I'm a WISHer, with or without my shirt. I just really wanted my shirt. I went online and DHL attempted delivery at 12:10pm ET today. But, guess my 17 year old son slept through the door knocking. Even with my note on the door for DHL to leave the package, it's against their policy. Oh well. The shirt probably has someone else's name on it anyway. LOL. I bought lime green shirts on my own the other day, but they're a little uncomfortable, so I'll probably wear one of my pink or orange comfortable shirts that I've been wearing all along in my training. I'll just look for the lime green shirts. We'll all have a great time!! :yay:

Guess I owe you a sundae Debra!! I just recently found about all these Disney races. By the time I tried to sign up for the 1/2 marathon in January, it was full. There's no way I can attempt a full marathon. The Minnie 15K will be my first race. Although, if I finish the race Sunday, I may sign up for the ToT in October. We'll see. Not sure if I can trust my 17 year old son to stay home alone. I've already overheard him trying to get together a party while I'm gone. Just what I need. Don't really want to be on the news when I get home (you know, Mom gets arrested because her teenage son had a party while she was out of town for one night). I'm driving up tomorrow morning and driving back Sunday afternoon. See everyone there!
