Using a different Telephone # for Code Info?

Does anyone know if there is one general database for disney account and code information.

Will different telephone numbers for Disney have different information or is it one Central Data Base.

I usually call the 1-800 number but would using a different number make a difference?

I've tried both, the 800 and 407 number and they seem to be exactly the same.

Still no codes for me either way.:mad:
