I was waitlisted for the week of august 18 at BCV, and have learned from some posters that there was a Disneyana convention that same week....Can anyone tell me what a Disneyana convention is, and am i going to be overun with people during that week????

The Disneyana Convention is for collectors of Disney memorabilia of all types. It includes pins, books, toys, old park tickets, etc. I believe the Convention exhibits are often held at the Contemporary Resort.

I can't imagine you'd be overun with any more "Disney nuts" than usual that week. ;)
