View Full Version : they gave me 40% without actually taking the code?

A friend of ours got a 40 % off coupon and was able to share it with his sister and a guy at work. He was told he was able share it 4 times. So he have the code to hubby at work..

I called to ask if I could use the code and the AAA discount together. After he told me no, he asked me if I wanted to check availablity and prices. I told him that I didnt have the code on me but I would like to check availibilty. He said not to worry about and proceded to get me prices. He got 179 a night for the cabins in Oct. Then he asked if I wanted him to hold it for me and I have 14 days to pay. I plan on paying today..I got the reservation email and stuff for the total price which was definetly the 40 % ..off

will they ask me for the code when I pay? ( the code is still at work with hubby) hubby thinks we might have actually had a code attached to our name and he looked it up. ( i called a few weeks ago and there wasnt one)

I dont want to use their code if we have our own...

They will not ask you for the code again. Your reservation is already setup in the system so all you have to do is pay. Don't make any changes to the ressie while booking. You can make the changes later if you'd like. Once the code is there, the next rep. will usually just tack it on to the next one. To be safe though, i'd make the ressie and leave it alone.

You must have a code attached to your name as the CM would not have been able to book it for you otherwise. You don't need to worry about making all changes when you are making the reservation as who would want to keep calling back and wasting your valuable time. When you do make changes the CM simply makes changes, they don't touch the code as itr is built into the reservation you have made.

I payed the deposit yesterday but its not showing on my reservation yet.. how long does it take to be updated?
