Government rate at Swan/Dolphin

I just booked the Dolphin for May at the Government rate and want to know what we need to bring to prove this. My husband works for the state and his check says state of Florida, but he works at a university so his i.d. has the University name and his picture but says all it says is USPS employee. Will this be o.k.? Should he bring both.

The i.d. should be enough. In fact, I am not sure I was even asked to show my government i.d. at check in.
That government rate sure is great!

both of those things are acceptable. Other things that work is a verification on letterhead from the College. They do not always ask, but some people have been asked, I would bring it just in case. Good luck and have a blast!

Since they also offer a teacher rate (same as gov't) probably either one would be acceptable. Of course, I would end up bringing everything just to be certain!
