Oh my God! I cant wait to get DH out on that ocean!
Ive cruised before but the Disney cruise in Nov will be DH and DS first cruise ever!

We pull that video out from time to time also...and I cry....but then I cry at Hallmark commercials, animal stories, babies, engagements, etc. It's a quick way to get a DCL fix and remember....

Ha I'm glad I'm not the only one!! And if I want a few moments of peace I put that video on and my 9 month old is glued to the TV!! We are going in July for the first time and I just can't wait :D

Even after 19 cruises, we still pull out the cruise video and pop it into the VCR every now and then. It brings back such wonderful memories...we even get to see Cruise Director Rick on it! The only bad thing is that after watching it, I can't get that song out of my head for hours..."Cross the sea..."

I watch the video all the time and my kids laugh at me.....and I also have a hard time getting that song out of my head, LOL

Yes, we too get the video out - DS and DD especially - they were 10 and 8 when we went last - we are going again next year and they will be 12 and 10. Grabbed one of those secret porthole rooms for 4/5/03 (#5020)! :D Both kids get misty eyed and love remembering the fun they had on the ship. Mom gets misty-eyed too.....

Imagine how I feel doing our first Disney cruise family reunion this Dec. Can't wait!! :D

My fiancee thinks I'm insane because I cry at disney commercials, during the videos, songs, whatever..he thinks I'm a nutball! My mom's the same way..she and I sat watching the cruise video the other day (she's going this sept., I'm going next Oct) and we were torn between crying at the video and laughing at each other! and yes, that song is worse than "it's a small world"!!:D

You know, I've ordered the video twice... and both times I've gotten a tape that doesn't work... so we've actually not seen it!:(

Oh gosh! Every time I watch that video I go around the house singing that song!
The kicker is when we were in WDW last month, one day we were taking the fairy back from MK, and DH was holding DD4 up so she could see over the railing on the upper deck. She was just looking around enjoying the breeze and the ride and then faintly we hear "Cross the sea, cross the sea, cross the sea...." I almost cried LOL and told DH "We are SO going on that cruise!" :D

Just READING this puts that song in my head again! :)

I too have watched that video countless times and it brings back wonderful memories...and anticipation of the NEXT cruise! :)
