Room request - Call Now or Fax before leaving?

I just made ressies at ASMu for our June trip this past week. I didn't specify any building, but would like to be in the Jazz building. Should I call CRO back soon and have them add this to my ressie or do they still accept faxed requests a couple of weeks before our arrival? Thanks for any info.

You can call them back and have them added onto your reservation now or you can fax the request in 4 days prior to your arrival. It's your choice. Either way seems to be equally effective based on others' experiences.
