My school ACTUALLY CLOSED TODAY

They never close! We usually sit watching the thing showing other county's closed and see ours Open or Delayed when it snows/ices and stuff but were actually CLOSED!

My students were half paying attention and half staring out the window. They literally interrupt class with "It's snowing!" and "Miss (my name), it's sticking!" even if I'm in the midst of my explaining how to divide fractions, haha.

Everyone's hoping for a snow day/ice day tomorrow. The snow won't accumulate to much, but the roads are already really slippery (coming home the antilock breaks came in handy~). But I need to not expect it, otherwise I'll be disappointed.

Lucky you though! Yayyy for snow days :)

Lucky you.
We only get basically one snow day a year, and the snow always melts by 11:00 a.m.
We got a day off earlier in the year, but only for black ice on the roads.
Supposed to snow early tomorrow morning, yet I doubt it'll stick.

If any snow falls at all it doesn't matter if it sticks or not we get 3 days
off of school... because we usually get snow once every 20 or 25 years
and we're so not used to it. LOL

Heh, we've had days around 20 degrees Celsius here.
In summer we get up to 45 degrees Celsius.

I'm ready snow!! :D
