OKW/DCL check-in question

Hi all,

My fiance & I bought into DVC about a year ago, and we're using our points to "pay" for our honeymoon this summer: 3 days at OKW followed by a 4-day cruise on DCL. I know that when booking a standard land/sea package through Disney, you can check in for the cruise at the resort. Does anyone know if this is also the case for DVC members who create their own land/sea pkg using points? From all I've heard, I'd rather not have to deal with check-in at the port if it can be avoided.

You'll still have to check in at the port. Checking in at resort is only for people who've gone through disney for there land and sea package.

The port is really not that big of a headache so I'm not sure what you've heard. Really it's quite smooth :thumbsup2
