Are Some of the Buildings Closed at Caribbean Beach Resort?

Since I didn't think I was going back to WDW until December of this year, I haven't visited this board as often as I should. But DH and I are going to make a quick trip to WDW in May and are staying at CBR. I was wondering if certain "islands" are closed at the resort? I have been so out of the loop that I don't even know if PO-French Quarter has re-opened or if Riverside has re-opened Magnolia Terrace. Please update me!! Thanks.

We were at CBR a couple of weeks ago and every island was open. :) The only sign of refurbishment going on was a tiny area near the food court.
