I have this map. It is laminated, made by Rand McNally and is only $17. I love it. I also have the U.S. map.

I would suggest using Google Maps. Their API is very easy to use and the map could be hosted on their server. They would only have to maintain a simple XML file that I'm sure Corey, Will or someone else on their web staff could knock out easily.

Just my 2 cents.
