When is 11 & 7 month window

An easy question. Is booking window form check in date or check out date. In other words if I want to book my first night as April 15, 2003. When can I call for my home resort? May 15, 2002 or May 16 2002?

You go by the check-out date. If you want to book day by day, the first morning you could call is May 16.

It's from the check-out date. So, it would be May 16. If the date falls on the weekend or holiday, you can call the next day that MS is open.
