I was wondering how the weather is in May on the Cruise ship?
Was wondering mostly about rain? Thanks to all!

It doesn't rain much while at sea, but you can encounter tropical rain showers at some of the islands. Onboard, especially towards the end of May, it can be rather hot and humid.

We've cruised the end of May (Memorial Day week) the last two years and encountered only 1 rainy afternoon. It was in St. Thomas this past May, but the morning was beautiful.

We're going 11/23/02 this time for a change of season, but in my opinion, May is one of the best months to cruise!

We cruised May 3rd last year, and had a short rain storm while in Nassau. They covered up the straw market so we just ran back to the ship. The next day we also had a brief but heavy shower while at Castaway Cay. We just waited under an umbrella until it stopped.

We cruised on the Magic in May 2001 and had perfect weather! Going back again this May 25 and hoping for the same weather....BEAUTIFUL!!!
