Isn't that choc cake amazing? DD9 and I spent a Saturday recently in World Showcase, and really had not had much to eat. DD LOVES chocolate (but has been very good staying away from sweets) and that day she said she NEEDED chocolate, so we headed into the bakery. She did not like the mousse when she tried it before, so we got a piece of that and some nice cold milk - what a wonderful treat... just enough for the two of us!!!

She dug into on the way to the table be for I got my mandatory food picture!

I love the Wedding Pavillion Hidden Mickey dizprincess717! After seeing Fairy_Tale_Princess's Wedding pictures, DD4 has already announced that that is where she's getting married!

Totally OT, but how does the ink do when everyone is sweaty? I just love those paintings, but we are the "sweater family" when it comes to being outside.
It actually hold up pretty good against Sweat and Rain! But, if you tend to wipe the sweat, then you will be in trouble - it can smear or rub off. On my pictures on page 663, DD4 and DGD62 only had theirs on for a couple of hours before they "needed" to get wet and washed theirs off! And it's a little pricey for only a couple hours worth of neat pictures & comments! Definitely check the weather for rain, do it on cooler days, and ride any water rides before getting painted!

Here's one from my 9/11/06 trip to the TOT. The ride was a walk on and the park wasn't very crowed. We got to the elevator all by ourselves and waited abit. Then the operator asked if we wanted to ride by ourselves. Of course we said YES!!!

Hey madhatir - Check out the Hidden Mickey Thread in my signature! Mickey's head is the entire island! The "ears" are typically on the far side from where the tram is - in your picture, the flamingos on the right section in that puddle are in his left ear (which would be on our right side).

Here's another Hidden Mickey near the Flamingo Island - It's actually NOT Mickey, but a hidden Jafar from the Harambe Trail after you exit the Safari!

Yes they do! On the last day of my College Program that I went to watch Wishes (the very last night I went out to eat at 'Ohana) and shop along Main Street and that's what I saw when I walked out for the last time. I cried hysterically along with all my other CP friends. So sad...

Awww thats sweet! this picture was from our 2004 trip. (i havnt seen it the past 2 times) but we saw it our last night at WDW and i got all teary eyed. Leaving disney just has that affect. If i was a CP im sure i would be balling.

I don't know. It was a little after World Showcase opened and nobody was around. A few people did walk through but nobody stayed.

Being a CP was so great, especially working at Splash Mountain, and it was sooo sad to leave there after 4 1/2 months of being with those people every day. Which is why I decided to go back this May-August as a CP Alumni! :)

And I'm most likely going to be moving there when I graduate in May 2008. Plans are already in the making.

We took a few that were blurry because I guess with the reflection it wasn't able to focus on the tile, so we backed up and I pointed so the shot focused on my finger.

Being a CP was so great, especially working at Splash Mountain, and it was sooo sad to leave there after 4 1/2 months of being with those people every day. Which is why I decided to go back this May-August as a CP Alumni! :)

And I'm most likely going to be moving there when I graduate in May 2008. Plans are already in the making.

And for those that are too old for the College Program...I am the faculty rep for my university! :rotfl: This way, I get to stay connected even though I am way past college age! I swear, I am much more of a Disney fantatic than any of my students that I mentor through the college program! :rotfl: :rotfl:

An endless supply of Pineapple Dole Whips.

Notice the cup my Dole Whip is in... It's the supersized Dole Whip! The CM working there ran out of smaller cups and another CM was in the back getting more cups. Anyway, the line started to get out of control and she just grabbed a bigger cup and filled it up!

I bought my niece a Jasmine costume when I was there 2 weeks ago- it was 60 bucks! She put it on and within a few hours the beads were coming off!

I called the World of Disney Store and they are sending me a new one right out-- and not even charging me shipping! It was going to take 10/20 business days :scared: NO! I said I need this ASAP! I am going to have to peel the one off of her body and quickly make the exchange! :rotfl: SHE MUST'NT REALIZE IT HAS BEEN OFF OF HER BODY!! :lmao:

So they are sending it out within, I think, 4 to 10 days. At no additional charge. :banana:

This is one of my favorite photos I ever took. First, I was lucky enough to ride EE during the CM preview. Second, I had off the first day of the CM preview! And that day was cloudy and it made it look like it was about to snow or something and with Everest added in with the "snow clouds" ... It just looks cool.

No, I believe that's some sort of wood-type prop they have going on. I do not see the resemblance of a dead bird, and I have been staring at it for quite some time now. I have managed to make out a type of turtle-looking creature, however.
