Yes.. we went out and got one per stateroom :cheer2: :smooth: I will have some with me before we get to the ship and will hand them out and will also hand them out at the terminal! I did not have time to mark the stateroom numbers on them, so I will be checking them off a list as I give them out. Anyone I miss will get them delivered to their room or at sailaway :)

I will say..... Cabbage Patch rules apply. And you ask, what the heck are Cabbage Patch rules??????? Who here remembers when Cabbage Patch kids came out and the frenzy was attached to it all that Christmas season. Well Mom worked at Zayres (now who remembers Zayre's!) and there was this angry mob in line for the dolls (good training for later pin lines :rotfl: ). The rules were this..... you get whatever doll she had in her hands and if you wanted to trade them, you can do so in the parking lot :earboy2: :wave:

So I hope you all enjoy the Fish Extenders (or as Brisully called them Fishtensions :flower: )!

Maybe I'll get lucky and my docs will have arrived. If not, I'll just go online tomorow and print out the PDF versions.

I booked all my spa, Palo (even though I was told there weren't any), and last minute excursion stuff which I hadn't decided on. It was soooooo easy............and it took Disney soooooooooooooo long!

I got my 3RD EDITION PASSPORTER TODAY!!!! They are so nice, there was a lovely note inside saying it was a complimentary copy...the had expected the binder versions, etc (I need a refill!) to ship by now, but there was a printing issue (those poor people have the worst of luck!).

Anyway I'm glad I told them I would be leaving for the repo cruise this weekend, that's why they expedited a copy. They're wonderful!

I'm wearing the lanyard once, for the sailaway party. I won't be wearing it again. It'd be too much like work, having to run around the ship with an ID card on.

Cath, I love your non-conformist ways. Glad to know there is at least one other non-scrapbooking, non-scavanger-hunting individual on board. I was starting to feel like the Lone Stranger.

I was a bad mom...scarred my son for life. I just wasn't into cigar boxes a la gold sprayed macaroni or glitter-dusted pinecone center pieces. I know, I've trashed the all-american Mom image. At least I did my time in Little League hot sweaty afternoons and years of Room Mom.

Well, I'm still waiting for the seamstress at the cleaners to finish some alterations. Still waiting for UPS to show up with yet one more "necessary" clothing item. Still haven't packed yet! I've got everything layed out and it should be fairly easy to pack it all. I'll probably start tomorrow sometime.

I ended up getting little bookmark/clips and sunglass holders for everyone at the sailaway. They take up a lot more space than I realized. Should have mailed them darn it. I doubt I'll get my act together to give them out while waiting to board or at the sail-away, so look for a couple of little trinkets in your fish extender at some point. Wiggle Eyes fish bookmark and neon sunglass strap. That would be from the Ryners

We had loads of company for Mother's Day week and our water heater went out. Not a good time to replace a 75 gallon water heater. No souveniers for this gal. Glad I got those TShirts from Zazzle and Cafe Press when I did.

We are leaving early Friday am and will be at the pool at the Port Canaveral Radisson sometime in the afternoon. Hope to see some of you there!

Yeah, I'm nervous, but more that that , I'm tired. Stayed up until 4AM yesterday and will probably have to do the same thing each night in order to get everything ready. Billy must be prompted to get his research paper done and it is due on Friday. I'm doing laundry right now, 11:45. Washing all of the outside clothes in Rit sun guard to make the clothes SPF 30.

Hi everyone,

In case any one is interested we are posting this information. When we dock in Mazatlan my mother and myself are going to visit an orphanage run by the salvation army. Our contact at the Mazatlan Salvation Army is a lovely woman named Lenda McKay, she help run the 3 orphanages in the area. 2 of of the orphanages are for boys over 10 yrs and up to 20 yrs and the other orphanage ( the one we will personally visit) is for young boys 2 yrs to 10 yrs and girls of all ages. The orphanages need the following items,

summer shorts, flip flops, swim trunks ( for the boys orphanage's) and then beach toys, pretty much anything new that we want to bring. Dolls,trucks, hair accessories for the older girls, nerf footballs for the older boys.... We plan on shipping down 2 boxes of donations for the visit.

If anyone else is interested in coming we will probably be gone for a couple hours for a visit. Also if you are interested in making a donation and do not want to come in person you could bring the donation on the ship and get it to us and we would be glad to bring it. Just let us know which orphanage you want your donation to go to.

If you are interested or have any other questions we can forward you all the contact info.

The pollen is out here in full force- my nose is itching SOOOO bad, despite my allegra.

I have yet to complete my packing, I am hoping my last trip to the mall will be today. I don't have two semi-formal outfits and I finally SETTLED on my last formal dress. I only wish I was thinner.

I believe you will see me on the ship- hitting the online library section of my university. I REALLY need to complete a mini-paper before the cruise as I will not be able to send a word document from the ship. I will be spending as much on printing from the ship- as I would on a spa treatment.

To everyone leaving soon-Be careful! I can't wait to meet everyone. I also cannot sleep lately! :banana: :banana: :banana: Just to darn excited! Thursday is my last day here at work, I have Fri. off. My DR. called in sick today, so it kinda does'nt count today! :smooth: It's good for me though, so I can get all my stuff here organized for the temp. coming in. I still have to go to the post office and stop our mail and the sheriff station to fill out a vacation form. My BIL will be leaving his police car in our driveway when he is off duty, so that makes me feel a tad bit better. We live in the country and don't have many neighbors. My hubby went to the gym this morning and called me as he was leaving and said about 10 vehicles were broken into, but they skipped his work truck. Thank goodness for his work truck. I guess they thought it was'nt worth breaking into! His wallet was in there though, so we would have had to cancel all of our credit cards. What a mess that would have been right before the trip!

They have lots of great information. I have already read the firest and second editions. What's great about this edition, for those of you that have already read the old edition(s) this edition highlights changes with shaded text. To everyone leaving soon-Be careful! I can't wait to meet everyone. I also cannot sleep lately! :banana: :banana: :banana: Just to darn excited! Thursday is my last day here at work, I have Fri. off. My DR. called in sick today, so it kinda does'nt count today! :smooth: It's good for me though, so I can get all my stuff here organized for the temp. coming in. I still have to go to the post office and stop our mail and the sheriff station to fill out a vacation form. My BIL will be leaving his police car in our driveway when he is off duty, so that makes me feel a tad bit better. We live in the country and don't have many neighbors. My hubby went to the gym this morning and called me as he was leaving and said about 10 vehicles were broken into, but they skipped his work truck. Thank goodness for his work truck. I guess they thought it was'nt worth breaking into! His wallet was in there though, so we would have had to cancel all of our credit cards. What a mess that would have been right before the trip!

Woo hoo! My family and I are on the disneycruise.com website! They were filming when we cruised last May. I never gave it another thought. But last night my sister was surfing the website and started screaming!!! I ran in asking her what she was screaming about, and she said "There we are, there we are!"

If you want to see us, on the home page click on Disney on Stage. A video will start up about the Golden Mickeys show. The first scene shows a family from the back walking down the red carpet. Then the next scene shows us coming down the red carpet! My mom is in an ECV, my dad is beside her, and Susan and I are behind her. (That's me in the lilac dress). We were so excited!!!! So check us out if you get a chance!

I'm so excited that it is FINALLY Tuesday morning!! I just finished a four night stretch and now I am officially on vacation until June 5th!! This was a rather difficult weekend as we lost two babies as well as a couple of young adults--it always hits a little harder when we lose young people and children... I'm glad I'll have a few "mental health days" to recuperate before the cruise!

Mechelle and I are driving down on Friday and will be at the Radisson--not sure how early we will arrive as we want to stop at the outlets in St. Augustine on our way down.

Regina - we're using Execucar service (owned by Super Shuttle). I don't have the phone number on me right now, but go to the Super Shuttle website and find the section on Execucar. I think it was something like $90 from Disney to LAX.

I know this will come as a complete surprise to everyone, but one of my interests is improv comedy. Since DCL took the improv out of Off-Beat, it's up to us to bring improv back to the Magic. So, I'll be "hosting" some improv games on one of the at sea days TBD. Anyone interested? No experience necessary. It's just for fun. Audience members needed.

Well, I'm still waiting for the seamstress at the cleaners to finish some alterations. Still waiting for UPS to show up with yet one more "necessary" clothing item. Still haven't packed yet! I've got everything layed out and it should be fairly easy to pack it all. I'll probably start tomorrow sometime.

I ended up getting little bookmark/clips and sunglass holders for everyone at the sailaway. They take up a lot more space than I realized. Should have mailed them darn it. I doubt I'll get my act together to give them out while waiting to board or at the sail-away, so look for a couple of little trinkets in your fish extender at some point. Wiggle Eyes fish bookmark and neon sunglass strap. That would be from the Ryners

We had loads of company for Mother's Day week and our water heater went out. Not a good time to replace a 75 gallon water heater. No souveniers for this gal. Glad I got those TShirts from Zazzle and Cafe Press when I did.

We are leaving early Friday am and will be at the pool at the Port Canaveral Radisson sometime in the afternoon. Hope to see some of you there!

More than I've posted all year. So the answer to are you getting "nervous or excited". I'd say YES!

Last minute change in plans. We're not staying at the Courtyard at the Port the night before but at the Coronado Springs Resort. YAY!! I start and end the trip with Mickey. :banana: :banana: :banana:

By the way, if you're staying at a port hotel, you may want to re-check your rates. Once that shuttle launch was scrubbed, they must have gotten a ton of cancellations. The Radisson is now available and they have online specials. The Courtyard rate went down from when I booked it.

I still have to get a towncar from the Grand Californian to the airport. Any suggestions from those of you who have these arrangements made?

From GC to LAX we have execucar by supershuttle. You can check them out at supershuttle.com, they are great, you can make a ressie and you pay in advance.

Woo hoo! My family and I are on the disneycruise.com website! They were filming when we cruised last May. I never gave it another thought. But last night my sister was surfing the website and started screaming!!! I ran in asking her what she was screaming about, and she said "There we are, there we are!"

If you want to see us, on the home page click on Disney on Stage. A video will start up about the Golden Mickeys show. The first scene shows a family from the back walking down the red carpet. Then the next scene shows us coming down the red carpet! My mom is in an ECV, my dad is beside her, and Susan and I are behind her. (That's me in the lilac dress). We were so excited!!!! So check us out if you get a chance!

I looked at the picture and you know what my first thought was....now I HAVE to change my hair color. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I actually wanted to make it darker and my colorist told me no- that the cruise would ruin it and it would be a waste of money. The only thing she told me she would do, if I wanted was make it lighter....hmmmmmmmm

house is 90% clean, just last minute laundry and the floors to clean. beagles have been packed (well not the beagles, that would be loud and messy, but their stuff has, both got a full bag of pupcorn and new bones on ropes). garment bag is packed, pirate costumes are ALMOST done, they look amazing, we'll pick them up tomorrow. bought two new pairs of shoes today, rack room at the mall has a huge sale going on got the cutest sandals for $6.

Talked to the Shore Excursion desk today... her name is Debbie too. :sunny: The Acapulco Highlights tour does not have the steps. They drop you off on the top. There is an opportunity to walk DOWN 200 steps :rotfl2: I don't think so.

The shore excursion manager just got back last week from all of the ports and testing the excursions... now THAT is a job!!

They are going to call me back about Fort Diego, there is a 10 minute or so walk from where they drop you off to where the Fort is, and can not remember how they got to this bridge thingy... so he is going to call the other person that was with him to find out if there are any steps. I was so appreciative of their help!!
