Sorry to stay on the same subject......and not to bash anyone but for my own curiosity, if the "hubcap, the map, the Port Canaveral, and the Captains choice pin all go on sale on 5/14 at 5:30, does that mean we should anticipate going and lining up in advance? I might have to miss the 5:00 sailaway because I really would like a complete set for my own use, not to sell.............

Robin: That's what I'm thinking ... I do think they will begin voucher distribution at 5:30...at least if they stick to the schedule that they have outlined so far. Check your Navigator carefully.. because you never know when they will change things. Technically they can't sell anything until we are in international waters... so that would mean we would have to set sail exactly on time etc.... it remains to be seen. I don't want to miss the sailaway for a pin line... but do want those pins and the map that are being released that day..... :crazy: this is one of those things that ceases to make pin collecting/trading fun.

DH and I are going to do our finish shopping tomorrow, probably at the Premium outlets. Just a few things to get and then we can really start getting stuff ready. I have to work till 6 the night before we sail, so most everything will be done before that except for last minute stuff.

Regarding the pin rush, I was expecting people to line up early for it but actually they can't line up until after the muster drill. Isn't that usually at 4pm?

I really want a set of the port pins, the map, and the mini-hubcap. I'm thinking I probably will not get them as I expect people to line up immediately after the muster drill. To me it's not worth missing the sailaway party. Being on decks 9 & 10 as we leave Port Canaveral is one of the things I am most looking forward to. After we leave and I felt I had a good chance to mingle with everyone, I will stop by to see if they have any more vouchers. If so, great. If not, I'll live.

The good part is that I'll know the first day whether or not I will pursue the buying the port set. If not, I will just buy a pin in each port to put on my cruise frame. For reasons like these, I'm glad I started collecting generic pins and not just Disney pins!

People will do what is more important to them and if they are willing to skip activities for the pins, I'm happy for them hope they are able to get them. I just hope no one forces their family members (especially children) to miss out on fun to wait in line with them just so they can get multiple copies to sell. That's pretty low.

That is the coolest idea!!! I wish I could think of things like that. What we are doing for our sailaway gift is to just deliver them to the staterooms. We are printing maps and just making the trek around the ship.

We thought about handing them out at the sailaway party but one of my worries was how to keep the non-DISers from asking for them. Aside from making sure they were wearing lanyards, it would be hard to know who to give them to. It's going to be especially hard for you since you are probably going to be swamped with kids who see someone giving out "free" M&Ms!

Whatever you decide, make sure you do what you feel is best for you. Make sure you aren't too worried about handing them out and missing out on fun!

We are delivering our giftbags to staterooms also. We are going to try and get it done right away as soon as the boxes are delivered to our room on embarkation day. I figure a lot of people will be going back and forth to their rooms between sailaway parties, lifeboat drills etc. So there shouldn't be too much of a problem of people stealing things off the fish. Everyone has such cool ideas. Can't wait to meet you all!

Hmmmm... sounds like there is some unpleasant history with beer. I'll fess up and state the reason I find gin repulsive is from a evening in college, shot glasses and an incorrect recipie for Long Island Iced Tea.

This afternoon is not too good for my family. A close friend passed away yesterday and she was only 58 years old. Known her for many decades and I used to work with her. Life is just so short and we must enjoy everything.

I have actually learned that since I have been so sick for 20 months now. Being on life support for a little over six months last year - has taught me so much. I really stop and smell the roses so many times.

I am just glad to be around to do the few things I have planned, including this wonderful trip with everyone. I am so looking forward to meeting everyone and remembering the trip long time in the future forever.

I don't think they would limit the number of passes sold. They might limit the number of people who go into the room. The use of the room has very busy times and deserted times. The Spa staff may just figure we all will determine for ourselves when it is too busy and leave when we can't find anyplace to sit.

If I arrive and it is too busy, I will just annouce one of two things:

"Surprise Pin just released on Deck 3."

"Two for One drink special just announced in Promenade Lounge."

After reading these posts, I would guess that should clear out a good number of the Disboard-ers. Either way, Leslie will be out the door like shot from the cannon. :rotfl2:

I don't get this since I don't do pins, but it seems it was Disney's idea to presell, not anybody else's. If they're going to bash sombody, they need to write a letter to Disney.

Unless you're talking about someone preselling on Ebay, in which case I don't know why they need to bash whoever's doing it. That's Disney's problem, if they choose to fight it, and it's the problem of whoever buys a pin from them if they don't end up getting the pin.

Well i bought a pair of shorts & a new Tee today. So now I think my shopping is done. We have 4 duffle bags and they are about 36 lbs each. So no issue from the airlines.

If everyone can keep there fingers crossed for us tomorrow, we may be in deep *&#@ about going on the cruise. A couple months ago we transfered house insurance to a new national company. Up front we told then we are renovating our house ourselves ( with friends help, Hi Peter !!). Well now the corporate offices want to cancle out house insurance because one side of a garage wall has Tyvek weaterproof membrane up and not the new clapboards. Well here in NH it has been a little impossible to work yet. They want the wood up by June 2nd. That is impossible, and they would not accept a release from me against any claims until the wood is up. Tomorrow I will get the decision if I will be given an extension to June 16th... If not, I am not sure what we will be able to do...

We appreciate all fingers crossed for us...

So....also taking into account that rumor has it MnM's have been discontinued in scoops......we decided to bring custom MnM's for our special cruise friends that have been making this past 6 months so great!!!! (although the girls have a little something different for the kids on the cruise, but we will save that as a suprise)... We are truly grateful for all you have done and the hard work you have put in this past year to make such special times for people you have never met.

Im going to try to post a pic - (these little suckers were hard to take a pic of...) but the phrases we used (that met the guidelines and fit on the the M) were

Although I am a bit worried about how to make sure everyone gets theirs...we dont really have them labeled by room, so as much as I hate it, I guess when they are gone , they are gone...although we have about 200 bags and a few back up plain green (no writing bags)...(if anyone has any good ideas about how to best distribute then I would be happy to hear them)

Hi Guys,

Well i bought a pair of shorts & a new Tee today. So now I think my shopping is done. We have 4 duffle bags and they are about 36 lbs each. So no issue from the airlines.

If everyone can keep there fingers crossed for us tomorrow, we may be in deep *&#@ about going on the cruise. A couple months ago we transfered house insurance to a new national company. Up front we told then we are renovating our house ourselves ( with friends help, Hi Peter !!). Well now the corporate offices want to cancle out house insurance because one side of a garage wall has Tyvek weaterproof membrane up and not the new clapboards. Well here in NH it has been a little impossible to work yet. They want the wood up by June 2nd. That is impossible, and they would not accept a release from me against any claims until the wood is up. Tomorrow I will get the decision if I will be given an extension to June 16th... If not, I am not sure what we will be able to do...

We appreciate all fingers crossed for us...

I'm not allowed to shop anymore. Well, I can look as much as I want. I can't purchase. Long story. But I'm willing to be there as a support for anyone.

This was one very productive weekend. And I'm ready to collapse. Saturday we got the dogs groomed (there's another story), did another Target run, visited my parents (early Mom's Day), did laundry and wrote up directions on how to operate the TV. Huh? Yeah, my parents are staying here while we are away to baby sit the doggies and the TV / surround sound system is a bit complicated.

Today, we packed... and packed... and cleaned. Did I mention my parents were staying here while we were away? Of course, the house has to be "parental clean." You know, that June Cleaver level of cleanliness that only comes from scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees. My parents say not to do anything special. RIGHT...

So we now have four bags packed and stuff left over. Either something has to come out, or we have to squish. We'll probably squish. We took Friday off from work, so only 4 work days left. This week is going to D----R----A----G--- along. I want to get on with this cruise!!!

Maybe I need to hold Storytime one afternoon and fill in all the blanks. Promenade Lounge, Sunday, May 22, 3:00 pm. Come one, come all! Honestly, I'm kidding. Kay, this does not need to be added to our daily events. No need to put it on the mini-Navigator. I can see Kevin rolling his eyes when he reads this.

It's very early, but I'm so tired. I think I'll head to bed. What is scary about that is we'd just now be sitting down for dinner. I'll be out by appetizer! How will I survive this?!?

I know this will come as a complete surprise to everyone, but one of my interests is improv comedy. Since DCL took the improv out of Off-Beat, it's up to us to bring improv back to the Magic. Catching up, here. We got in a good five miles with the dogs today, and also did some last minute shopping. Yard mowed and some laundry done. Dogs got some pancakes for breakfast. No they are not spoiled, very much that is. Lynn was eyeing some Capri’s but I think she will wait till we get to FL. I gotta get a hair cut tomorrow to clean up abit for this trip. Lynn is working on getting into a day time person mode after working graves for 4 months.

Castaway Cay – Snorkel Adventure to the Derelict off of Serenity Bay

WHEN: Sunday May 15, 2005, at 11:00AM

WHERE: Meet at the entrance to Serenity Bay.

WHO: Since we have to access via Serenity Bay, sorry us only us Kids over 18. Strong swimming skills and comfort in the water is suggested.

WHAT YA NEED TO BRING: Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Swim vest, water temps will be cool so a wet suit might be nice, as we will be in the water for a good while.

THINGS TO CONSIDER: Sun protection and hydrate well before we start

WHAT’S INVOLVED: A good little ways off shore at Serenity Bay there are the remains of a vessel, not sure what it was during its more seaworthy days. The keel, some ribs, and the engine are there. There is good coral growth, with lots of Caribbean fish hanging out amongst the remains. The visibility here has always been great for us, better than the common snorkeling area.

The wreck lies in about 5-10 ft of water depending upon the tide. It is visible from the shore when the tide is low. On May 15, 2005, the high tide will be 2.7 ft at 12:12 PM, so we maybe able to get a visual reference at 11:00AM or a little before.

This wreck is a ways out there, well past the orange buoys. Average depth is about 8 feet or less the whole way out. This will take about 1.5 hours. Here is a break down, it takes about takes about 30 minutes to swim out to, spend 20-30 minutes exploring the wreck, and 30 minutes to swim back. SO WE WILL BE IN THE WATER FOR QUITE A WHILE. This will really work up a good appetite for lunch at Serenity Bay lunch spot, behind the bar. Good time for a Conch Cooler.

My charts of the area do not show this derelict so it may depend on wither we can see it to find it. Either way it is an adventure.

Today, we packed... and packed... and cleaned. Did I mention my parents were staying here while we were away? Of course, the house has to be "parental clean." You know, that June Cleaver level of cleanliness that only comes from scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees. My parents say not to do anything special. RIGHT...

So we now have four bags packed and stuff left over. Either something has to come out, or we have to squish. We'll probably squish. We took Friday off from work, so only 4 work days left. This week is going to D----R----A----G--- along. I want to get on with this cruise!!!

Maybe I need to hold Storytime one afternoon and fill in all the blanks. Promenade Lounge, Sunday, May 22, 3:00 pm. Come one, come all! Honestly, I'm kidding. Kay, this does not need to be added to our daily events. No need to put it on the mini-Navigator. I can see Kevin rolling his eyes when he reads this.

It's very early, but I'm so tired. I think I'll head to bed. What is scary about that is we'd just now be sitting down for dinner. I'll be out by appetizer! How will I survive this?!?

Thank You for the Birthday Wishes. Disneyland was memorable on Saturday. Since they were sold out of everything I wanted to buy, I did not put a dent in my cruise money. :) It was great meeting up with fellow DISers for a precruise get together. This group is going to be FUN FUN FUN.

I have more shopping money!!! My Mom gave me a gift certificate to my favorite store for my birthday, DH gave me shipboard credit and my Grandmother gave me a check. Thank goodness my suitcase still has room.

I won't be leaving until 5:30 pm PST on Friday. I wonder who will have the last post on our board before we leave. Don't forget to set the alarm and turn off the lights.

Dump out any milk in the fridge, after a couple of weeks it will not be fun to return to this science experiment.

According to my very own personalized cruise documents international law requires that there are no scales within 50 nautical miles of someone that will be surrounded by all you can eat food for 14 days. The dates have changed on the Panama Canal pins to concide with the actual crossing. The LA pin is on the 27th.

So Im giving up nursing. Last night did me in. Two sick kids who decided breathing wasn't for them. One got intubated the other extubated himself. Iv's blew, bellys blew, my mind blew. Then my charge nurse who is getting tired of me asking for help decided to ask my pod pal (nurse that is splitting the room with me) to send me on break or something so I stop asking for stuff and messing with my kids. Oh I'm sorry didn't know I wasn't suppose to be doing my job. So anyways on the way home I blow a tire. Shredded it. Jeff has to come and change in on I-75 because there was no way I was able to do that. Was suppose to me my friend for lunch, now her car won't start, I need to drive to the other side of the bay to pick her up take her to the honda dealer and a rental car place.

I don't want to be a grown up anymore.

Poor Jen -- what a truly terrible day. I don't blame you for wanting to chuck it. You definitely need some re-charging time. Hang in there, only a few more days and we can put all our cares behind us.

Well, made it back from Disneyland, and am still alive and kicking. It was a great time. Jamie did great with the performances and the stage manager at California Adventure wants them back. Will have to see what happens.

Had a great pre-cruise meet. Can't wait for Friday to come!

I guess since the port will be closed when we return from LA, we will be driving to MCO and taking the ground transfer from Disney to the port. Is anyone else taking the transfers from the airport to Pt. Canaveral? If so, what time are you planning on arriving at the airport? Maybe I will see some of you on the bus! :cool1:

Hey Jen, I am so sorry that you're having such a difficult time at work. You definitely need this cruise.

We arrive around 5:00pm on Friday so we'll miss the pre-night festivities. I have a list of stuff to pick up in FL that I don't want to fly down with. Ya know, detergent, conditioner, the gallon of sunscreen for my DH, things like that.

I just want to be certain that we're going to get a schedule of events in our fish, right? I thought that some brave soul volunteered for that duty. (It's much appreciated.)

I used to do the 'parental clean' thing for many years. I probably still would if I were going to leave them in the house alone for more than a few minutes, lol... I finally decided that they loved me, and I loved them, so if they didn't think my house was clean enough for them to visit, they could stay in a hotel! Of course, I'm saying this from the relative safety of living 3000 miles away from them... I might sing another tune if they could just drop by! Good luck with the white glove inspection!

Not only will we be on the Magic a week from today, we will be having our first sea day activities! I can hardly wait for any of this, but that will be so much fun!

Boy lots to catch up on we had such a busy weekend not much time to post. Saturday had to move our fishing trailer from storage to the campground, they have been bugging us for 3 weeks now. Rained the first 2 weekends so had to do it this Saturday. Got out there and the storage area is empty just us and 1 other not sure why it was so important, but we got it moved into the space it belongs, took all day as the drive each way is 2 hours, plus we had to clean it out from the winter unwanted guests 2 mice in traps. Now we are ready to start camping and fishing after the cruise.

Sunday had to get new tires on my Mountaineer, then off to visit my dad as we will not see him till June now. Then back to finish packing. 5 Bags now 41, 43, 44, 45, and 39 pounds plus 2 empty rolling bags as carry-ons. We also have a fishing scale that goes to 60 lbs. if anyone needs to weigh their bags on the ship. Thanks Southwest for 3 bags 50 lbs each.

We leave on Friday from our house at 4:00 am for airport get to Orlando at 11:00 am. Friday night we are off to pre-cruise party and then Saturday to the Magic.

Can't wait hope this week flys by, Monday at work is almost over anyways.

Can't wait to finally meet everyone.

So Im giving up nursing. Last night did me in. Two sick kids who decided breathing wasn't for them. One got intubated the other extubated himself. Iv's blew, bellys blew, my mind blew. Hard to believe that we made this reservation 1 year and 4 days ago..and it's finally almost here! We will be leaving Palm Springs on Thursday morning around 6. Get into MCO at 4:00pm and zoom off to Ron Jon's where we will begin our "watch" for the Magic as it comes into port saturday to pick ALL OF US up. We will begin our packing tonight..can't start that too early or our 5 yr old DD would have most of the house packed by now.

I know this will come as a complete surprise to everyone, but one of my interests is improv comedy. Since DCL took the improv out of Off-Beat, it's up to us to bring improv back to the Magic. So, I'll be "hosting" some improv games on one of the at sea days TBD. Anyone interested? No experience necessary. It's just for fun. Audience members needed.

Thanks for all the well wishes. Jeff also had a bad day hasn't eaten yet due to being late to work due to my flat and people at work being idiots. My day got worse, was suppose to meet a friend for lunch, car died, etc, drove over there waited for 2 hours while the tow truck got lost then the car started so drove it to the dealer then picked up the rental then ate something quick now going to pick up the pirate costumes.

Has anyone thought about doing an 'afterglow' thread once we're all home? Some of us did it after one about a year ago, and it was much better than just saying goodbye to good friends and never talking again. With this group, I think it would be really great, since we'll be onboard for 14 days together... Just a thought.

Hi Guys,

Well, after about 6 more phone calls today I am no longer "in good hands".

"The" insurance company now wants the WHOLE house re-sided or painted by June 2, or they will close my homeowners policy. This is an absolute imposibility, we have a huge house and 2 sides still need to be re-sided. The fact that we have totally renovated half the house means ZIP to them.

Soooooo we will leave Friday am for Orlando and I will have 2 days to get a new policy when we get home.

I will try and post a before and after of the original 1762 circa house. Do we really appear to be insurance risks ???? To give you an idea on how big the house is, our playroom downstairs is 30' x 60'.

Is your flight from LA non-stop, direct or connecting? And what time do you arrive at MCO? My flight is connecting in DFW and I don't arrive at MCO until 9:43 am. It's gonna be a long night with not much sleep. I know I'll conk out on the bus to the port. Just hope I can stay awake for all the festivities.

Today was a nightmare... very tough. A 2.5 hr. meeting with a big boss. the great things was, he told me... after I showed him all of my documentation on all the issues... hey I'm beginning to like you!

Tomorrow will be tough as well, but I've been spared meeting my user face to face. Things have really gotten ugly. Right now, I see no winners. My boss said she offerred to move me off of the project because she didn't want me to have to deal with my user any more... I really don't know what 2 weeks away will bring. Am learning the meaning of trusting God in a new way!

Will probably start really packing on Wednesday night! YIKES! Is anyone else a size 10-12 who may have extra clothes just in case I can't get everything done! :rotfl2:

I plan on leaving for the airport around 6:00 AM on Friday morning for a 9:00 flight out of JFK. Arriving at MCO at 11:40, getting the car from Budget and heading to the Port area. Of course the necessary stop at Walmart or Target, and the liquor store. Then for a relaxing afternoon at Ron Jon's. I just shipped my 3rd box down there today. My poor stateroom host/hostess will definately deserve a larger tip after carting ALL our luggage and the boxes to our room. :rotfl:

on May 11, 2005 our Annual passes expire. We arrive on the 12th :sad2:

But with 2 Peter / 3 Jenn, other trips planned to WDW this year We have decided not to renew our annual passes until September when we See the Magic arrive back At the port.
and do Disney . Hence picking up 4 months on the other end of our passes
And since Dvc has a discount for the passes $100.00 off, this is not a problem..
So We Arrive on the 12th 7 pm dont go to the parks :sad2: But will go to the parks on the 13th for most of the day 3 pm and then head to the port

I will say..... Cabbage Patch rules apply. And you ask, what the heck are Cabbage Patch rules??????? Who here remembers when Cabbage Patch kids came out and the frenzy was attached to it all that Christmas season. Well Mom worked at Zayres (now who remembers Zayre's!) and there was this angry mob in line for the dolls (good training for later pin lines :rotfl: ). The rules were this..... you get whatever doll she had in her hands and if you wanted to trade them, you can do so in the parking lot :earboy2: :wave:

Also don’t forget to let your neighbors know you will be gone so they can keep an eye on your residence, put lights on timers, arrange for papers and mail, lawn care, maybe your local Police Department might do house checks for you while on vacation, turn off gas, maybe shut off hot water heater (think of the savings there), leave an itinerary with friends and relatives. Dump out any milk in the fridge, after a couple of weeks it will not be fun to return to this science experiment.

Don’t forget your important documents, copy you passport and put the copies in different places. Call the credit card companies. Get some cashola for tips etc. Quarters for laundry machines.

Now the real important stuff – turn off work cell phone, and don’t check work email, don’t call the office. You are on vacation. Plug that personal battery charger in and refresh those batteries.

Yes.. we went out and got one per stateroom :cheer2: :smooth: I will have some with me before we get to the ship and will hand them out and will also hand them out at the terminal! I did not have time to mark the stateroom numbers on them, so I will be checking them off a list as I give them out. Anyone I miss will get them delivered to their room or at sailaway :)

I will say..... Cabbage Patch rules apply. And you ask, what the heck are Cabbage Patch rules??????? Who here remembers when Cabbage Patch kids came out and the frenzy was attached to it all that Christmas season. Well Mom worked at Zayres (now who remembers Zayre's!) and there was this angry mob in line for the dolls (good training for later pin lines :rotfl: ). The rules were this..... you get whatever doll she had in her hands and if you wanted to trade them, you can do so in the parking lot :earboy2: :wave:

So I hope you all enjoy the Fish Extenders (or as Brisully called them Fishtensions :flower: )!

So Im giving up nursing. Last night did me in. Two sick kids who decided breathing wasn't for them. One got intubated the other extubated himself. Iv's blew, bellys blew, my mind blew. Then my charge nurse who is getting tired of me asking for help decided to ask my pod pal (nurse that is splitting the room with me) to send me on break or something so I stop asking for stuff and messing with my kids. Oh I'm sorry didn't know I wasn't suppose to be doing my job. So anyways on the way home I blow a tire. Shredded it. Jeff has to come and change in on I-75 because there was no way I was able to do that. Was suppose to me my friend for lunch, now her car won't start, I need to drive to the other side of the bay to pick her up take her to the honda dealer and a rental car place.

I don't want to be a grown up anymore.
Oh Jen! I'm sorry. I don't want to be a grown up any more either. My day could not be compared to yours, but it's still pretty rotten, so I think I understand. Chin up! Soon we'll be at sea...

Also don’t forget to let your neighbors know you will be gone so they can keep an eye on your residence, put lights on timers, arrange for papers and mail, lawn care, maybe your local Police Department might do house checks for you while on vacation, turn off gas, maybe shut off hot water heater (think of the savings there), leave an itinerary with friends and relatives. Dump out any milk in the fridge, after a couple of weeks it will not be fun to return to this science experiment.

Funny story here.. we sent a letter to our Police Department letting them know we will be out of town and when and who is allowed at our house. So yesterday afternoon there is a knock at the door and who should it be but a patrolwoman! She started asking my mom alot of questions. Turns out, they did not look at the right days on the letter. She had been checking on the house a few times, but it was the first time she saw my car in the driveway! We were very grateful!!!

So it does work to have the PD know you are gone.

I plan on leaving for the airport around 6:00 AM on Friday morning for a 9:00 flight out of JFK. Arriving at MCO at 11:40, getting the car from Budget and heading to the Port area. Of course the necessary stop at Walmart or Target, and the liquor store. Then for a relaxing afternoon at Ron Jon's. I just shipped my 3rd box down there today. My poor stateroom host/hostess will definately deserve a larger tip after carting ALL our luggage and the boxes to our room. :rotfl:

I understand how you feel. I'm finishing my 14 hour shift, and the last case I did was ansethesia for a 15 year old girl, 34 weeks pregnant, no prenatal care, with eclampsia, had a seizure at home, abrupted, developed HEELP syndrome, severe hypertesion, presented via ambulance with a fetal demise and required a C-section. Now she has a high likelyhood of developing DIC. Kind of puts a damper on the other ten healthy deliveries. Only four more work days. Alex

Then we drive to Idaho Falls for the evening. The next morning we fly to SLC and then MCO. Doing the wait to activate our AP’s during our Nov/Dec trip, so no parks for us this trip. I think we can keep busy with other fun things.

Oh the canal transition ceremony took place on 12/15/99, with Jimmy Carter leading the US delegation, President Clinton and Madeline Albright were not anywhere near the event. The official transition too place on 12/31/99.

That is great thanks so much.

With everything that is being handed out in line I put a mesh draw string bag on the outside of one of the carry-ons, got it on the pin trading cruise last year. Folds flat and will hold all the goodies we are picking up in line. The time in line will really fly with so much to collect. That way none of it gets lost.

Just can't wait.

We're mostly done with last minute shopping, sort of....lol. I just had to report my best deal of the day. We scored a Kenneth Cole hanging garment bag for half price! It made me so happy, all that organizing power in one bag, and it's on big in-line skate wheels too! Got a few other things too, but that was the big score of the night.

Now I'm going to measure Eric for his tux, then hit the hay...

Great Idea about the mesh bag. I use one to get through airport security. Put all my stuff in it, i.e. belt, wallet keys etc. then can move out of the way to get dressed after getting through security.

We're almost outta here!

We still have one day of work left tomorrow and then we leave right from there to start driving to our friends' house near Oakland airport where we will spend the night for our flight Wednesday early morning.

I am pretty bummed that my pirate costume STILL hasn't arrived. I was told 1-2 weeks and Saturday was the start of the 3rd week. Amy will sneak home tomorrow for lunch to see if it has arrived. If not, I guess I have to piece together something from the POTC shop at MK! Oh, well!

All our bags are all zipped and weighed! We can't believe we are finally leaving on this trip we have talked about for so long! It will be so nice to finally meet all of you in person!

For once I can say I'll catch to you all on board and not be referring to a website! :banana:
