NTI....is it like Minestrone?


It has a chicken(or veg) stock base, tiny meatballs & a mixture of beaten eggs & parmesean drizzled into, egg drop soup style. We like to add some escarole to ours. Yumm!

Doesn't it just change your whole outlook on things?

I remember my mum getting so mad at me once and not understanding why, now I look back at things like this and realise...she was probably just having a bad day...
