Poke-Is diced fresh fish such as Ahi-Tuna that is then mixed in with various different ingredients depending on what type you are making. Ex. soy sauce, Hawaiian rock salt, Hawaiian chili peppers, diced bulb onions, green onions, sesame seed oil....then marinated and eatten raw-it's very yummy.
