Yes, gratuities for the hotel staff (bell services, housekeeping, restaurant servers for the group meals) are all included...

So is there any tipping we will need to do besides tipping our Disney guides? The literature makes it sound like this is the case but I wouldn't want to miss something.

(I realize any meals we eat seperate from what's included/on our own would not include tips)

The guides were the only ones I tipped.

The ABD guides are the only people you need to tip. ABD has taken care of everyone else, including the local guides & even your motor coach driver.

what about room service?popcorn::

If you order room service, tips would not be included. It would be like going to a restaurant that is not part of the tour, and you would tip as you would on a non-ABD trip.

Ok, ignorant tipping question here: We tip the guides with cash right? But at the end of the trip? Based on the suggested tip, we'd need to give out a little more than $200. So do you have that much cash squirrled away somewhere during the week? How does that work exactly? I guess that's really 4 questions! Thanks!

Which currency do you tip with? American dollars or Euros?

I tipped in Euros (I believe it was 75 Euros each). I gave cash. I had a thank you card with the cash in it that I brought from home. That way I didn't spend the money by accident, and had a nice Mickey thank you card to boot!

Yes, we had to keep that cash squirreled away so that we didn't spend it accidentally... but if you don't want to do that, you could always use a local ATM at the end of the trip I guess...
