Do we tip the transfer driver?

Do we need to tp the transfer driver, and if so, what is recommended?

Also, we are staying at a hotel that offers free shuttle to and from the airport, what is the customary tip for the shuttle?

Good question about the transfer driver, I do'nt know. i would imagine yes.

The shuttle driver should get $1 per bag, minimum $1 per passenger, unless he does absolutely nothing but drive, and doesn't help with bags. In that case I tip nothing, as he is being paid to drive by the company he works for.

We tipped our transfer driver $5 as he was really nice and entertaining. We brought our bags near the bus and he ran up to get them and loaded everything and was really chatty. Said he knew we were from Canada right off and wouldn't tell us how. It wasn't until halfway to the ship that we realized that both our t-shirts and my Dh's hat were Molson Canadian.:D

When we've ridden the DCL bus, many people leave a dollar or two for the driver. He does put you carryons on the bus but does usually have help at the terminal. All the good drivers entertain you along the way besides playing the DCL and Disney tapes.
