Help with making an "index" post to be first??

I'm not exactly new, but my skills are seriously lacking! I started a thread where we post disney theme-night ideas. After quite a few posts, someone suggested making a list of all the themes. Now I've seen people do this on other posts, but I don't know how. How do I alter or add a new first post to list the index?

You can't go back and add a new post in but you can go in and edit your first post (often referred to as the OP--original post). Look down in the lower right corner of the box and click on the box that says edit. You will have some limited editing choices there or you can then click on Advanced Edit and you will have the full range of choices, including changing the thread title.
