BCV & closing costs

Hi everyone!

We are looking into purchasing BCV as new DVC members. If we finance our purchase with a home equity loan, will Disney still pay for closing costs? Or do they only pay if you finace through them?

Disney pays all closing costs for direct DVC purchases. You will just need to have the full payment if you are providing your own financing.

We just purchased and used our own money. We were able to put 1/2 down on a credit card (wanted frequent flier miles), and the balance in check or credit card in three weeks. No closing costs. That's a lot of frequent flier miles.
