www.mousesavers.com has codes listed for Dollar. I got a $199/week rate for March with the GLOBE code, but I don't know if that's still in effect.

Try the MCC code at dollar.com, it should come up $209.99 for a weekly rate on a minivan.

I've been looking for a good "June" mini-van rental rate, and the best deal I could find was the "FVG" code for "Dollar".
Thanks for posting this, RobinLyn! I would like to know what "MCC" code is for? I tried it and it works for my June dates--just want to make sure I can use it!
Thanks! :) :)

I got this code from an ad in the "Official Orlando Accommodations Guide" with offer info I received about Orlando back in January. It was a visitors package with tourist information. It is a special Florida only rate code good to use by anyone. I sent it on to mousesavers.com some time ago and I believe it is posted there.

Thanks for replying RobinLyn!
Just wanted to post this for anyone else that may be interested in mini-van rates at Dollar. It may be worthwhile to try several codes/dates.
I had been checking mousesavers frequently and hadn't notice the MCC code, so, went back to look at mousesavers...
The MCC code is showing valid thru 4/30/02 on mousesavers. But, I was able to get a rate of $209.99 in early June with MCC code.
Also, the FVG code does give $209.99 per week (as listed on mousesavers) on some dates, just not for early June. The best rate I can get for my dates using FVG is $219.99. So, for me the MCC code is a better deal!
I also tried the "GLOBE" code but that didn't work for June.
I'm sending a note to Mary at mousesavers to give her an update per the above.

goofy,
The MCC code is listed to expire in the visitors guide I have on 4/30/02. But sometimes these dates change just as often as the codes. I always book the best price and then print the reservation out and take it with me. This way if there is any question, you at least have your copy of what price you received online as proof. That is why Mary at mousesavers says to try all codes, and try without codes to see the best price for that car selection. Some codes are only good on one vehicle choice.
