Best signature restaurants on regular dining plan?

We'd really like to try a signature restaurant on this trip, since it's just 3 adults. Which one is your favorite? We are 3 women travelling together, we are food lovers, but not particularly adventurous when it comes to food. Any ideas?

Well we have not eaten at all of the Signature Restaurants, but I can tell you that Jiko's is FABULOUS!!! We plan on eating there a couple of times when we go back the end of July.

Our favorite is Yachtsman Steak House. We've been twice and absolutely love it. It is the best food and service we think. It is 2 credits per person, but worth it.

I enjoyed Jiko's. When I was last there, the waiter was providing me samples of the various wines available and help me choose which wine to go with my meal.
