DOes anyone have pictures of the updated pool at Fort Wilderness? It is the one in the meadows. I guess they updated it either right before we got there(DEC 07) or right after but we never made it to that pool! I was just interested to see what they did!

I love when a picture captures the beauty of nature at that one still moment, and then you realize it will never look exactly like this again. Nice job; you've has also now created a new quest for my vacation....to find this tree:confused:

I would sit outside all four nights we stayed at the Grand Floridian, and breath in the air around me.
I could hear the music, sense the excitment that lived inside a childs heart, and see the sparkling lights of the monorail going back and forth from resort to resort. The beginning of last year was dreadful, and my vacation to Disney that time was much needed. A memory that will never be forgotten, spent with my family and I.

I'm glad I could bring back some happy times for you. Backstory on this one is that I actually got up and stood on the outer rim to try to get the hotel in the background better. I shot in B&W too and from different angles but like this one the best.

this composition reminds me of one that WDWFIGMENT did last year or so that i thought had alot of blown out colors that took away from the natural feel of the photograph, and after seeing this and being reminded of that photograph this below example is exactly how I felt at that time. We all have our tastes and thats the beauty of photography, but this capture in my opinion is beautiful.
Especially the seagrass sticking out, for some reason its a good touch to a great sunrise
