Instructions for neck bands?

Does anyone have instructions for the cooling neck bands, the ones you soak in water and they stay cool? I know they're filled with silica gel, but I'm not sure about the size and other details on how to best make them. :confused3 I've been searching but can't find directions, just people that have bought them. Thanks for any info you can give. You guys rock!:cool1:
