making Window decals/clings?

Is this possible? Can you buy something at the craft stores?

Hobby Lobby has these do it yourself kits for creating window clings with photos etc. The ones I bought aren't clear, they are white and look like a picture, but they are like window clings in the way tht you can put them on any surface from windows to metal and then remove them and put them on something else! It's fun to use!!!

They sell these at Staples. They are with the other printables near the iron on t-shirt transfers. :)

I am going to pick some up to make Tinkerbell holiday clings for dd's shower doors.

ok how would you make a cling? Do you just get this stuff and print on it from the printer?
