park hopper exchange (re sickness)

A good friend of mine have bought 4 park hoppers (canadian offer at par) and he cannot go because
of sickness of one person who was supposed to go. He contact Disney and those park hopper cannot be
exchange or extended to another time. Did someone already have the same problem. What he
can do?

That's terrible, I feel for your friend. I bought dd's CDN deal ticket with another DISer last weekend and asked about that type of thing ~ our of luck I think. Now if your friend posts to re-sell the tickets, which I'm sure has all sorts of no-no's about it, but it's worth a try to re-sell, even offer a little discount. I are going to WDW in 6 weeks and dh and I are waiting another week or two to buy the tickets. I fear the same thing! S

Did your friend by Cancellation & Interuption insurance? If so, they should be covered. It is always important to buy insurance for this reason.

Can probably post on Ebay.ca and get your money back. Otherwise go to CAA and see if they put someone who needs tickets in contact with you.

I see no problem selling them and there is nothing unethical regardless of what people on this board may say.

I need maybe 3 days for my trip or I'd offer you to buy them.
