Whispering Canyon Child skillet ????

We'll be on the Dining plan for our August trip. We have book Whispering Canyon one evening. My DS likes the look of the Canyon Skillet. I see that it is on the kids menu, but says add $2.00. Is that included in the dining plan or do we have to pay oop for that?
