How many DVC resorts have you stayed at?

Another thread got me thinking about resort availability, home resorts, and the 11 month, and 7 month booking window... One of the perks of DVC (as we saw it when we bought in 3 yrs. ago) was the ability to stay at a variety of different resorts. I'm curious (and don't know if this has been asked in poll form before) how many of the DVC resorts DVC members have stayed at? Do DVC'rs stay primarily at their home resort, or try them all?

We have been at all of the DVC resorts!!! Love them all, each of them offer something special...
I counted AKV's.....eventhough it was the hotel still not DVC...does that count..LOL!! oh heck, I counted it.....

Just two...My home resort of SSR 5 times....And OKW once, last year in May, as I needed to be point stingy, it was a trip, not in the original plan....I do eventually want to stay at BWV and & AKLV, though!

Our family has stayed in FOUR. After May we will have tried 5 DVC resorts at WDW. All of them except for OKW. Technically we haven't stayed in the DVC portion at WL but we did stay in the hotel portion in 2004.....it was on that trip that we took the tour and joined DVC (so I counted it as having stayed there).

I've stayed everywhere but BCV! I want to stay at every Disney resort once (we collect pins from each stay :thumbsup2 ). BCV does not appeal to me much - but I've got one night booked there on the way back from VB just so I can say I've tried 'em all.

We own at SSR and AKV.

After trying them all out - AKV, SSR, BWV, and (of course) VB are the only ones I'd return to. :thumbsup2 I don't feel strongly enough about BWV to feel like I need to own points there to stay regularly - but if VB gets hard to book summer at 7 months, I'll sell my SSR contract and buy VB points! My goal is to spend the entire month of June at VB once my kids leave home!

Our home resort is SSR.

In 2007 we spent:
SSR: 8 nights
BCV: 6 nights
AKV: 6 nights

This summer, we're going back to BCV for 7 nights :banana:

I'm only missing HH, perhaps during one of my spring breaks I'll be lucky to get something there. SSR is the only one that I've only had 1 stay at...We almost had our second stay there last summer, but MS found us a reservation that was lost at VB, so we went with what we really wanted at the time, the OVIR!

We have only stayed at our home resort (SSR) at WDW. We will be at OKW this weekend for the first time. We have also stayed at both VB & HH. We will stay at VWL in May. DH & I have stayed at the WL and AKL several times before joining DVC.

by the end of July we will have also stayed at HHI, VB and OKW. Our home resort is AKV and we are trying to get it booked now. It wasn't available when we got OKW booked for our summer vacation.

We purchased DVC to stay at BWV the same week every year. It would have been fine w/ me if DVC had been sold as a fixed-week, traditional timeshare. ;)

Now our Worldmark (http://www.worldmarktheclub.com), on the other hand, is a different story. We've stayed at 30 WM resorts since July 2000 and will add 5 "new to us" resorts this summer during our San Diego - Yellowstone roadtrip.

On-sight SSR and BCV also did VB as well.

This coming stay we will be doing 12 days total at BWV and AKV and by next year hope to get them all in tring for a OKW and VWL in.

We have stayed at VWL, OKW, SSR, BWV, BCV, and HH. Enjoy 'em all for a variety of reasons. For us 'home' is VWL because it is the one we enjoy the most, but we don't own points there. I hope to stay at AKV in December and I guess one day we'll make it to VB.

Four of them: Wilderness Lodge Villas, Animal Kingdom Villas, Beach Club, and Boardwalk.

The others just never appealed to me. They seem too far "away from the action," especially OKW and SSR. I've only stayed at Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom once to try them out. But I prefer being between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, so I tend to gravitate to the Boardwalk which is why I ultimately consolidated all of my points into that resort (used to own at the Beach Club and Wilderness Lodge as well.)

I have stayed at 5 out of 6 WDW resorts (have not stayed at AKV yet, but have stayed in the lodge.. didnt count that though lol) and both VB and HHI.

I only want to stay at BCV (my home), but there have been a few trips that were somewhat last minute and I had to stay elsewhere. (Vero Beach was an exception...I wanted to stay there one weekend and loved it.)

I dislike staying at SSR. I will stay there if it's the only thing, but I've been known to change my flight plans so I don't have to stay there (availability).

We are new to DVC as of December. We have stayed at SSR. We'll be staying at OKW twice this year. One is just DH, DD's and myself. The second one we are adding my mother, sister, niece & nephew. We decided to stay at OKW both times so that we have knowledge of the resort for my mother & sister who have only been to Disney a couple of times in the last 20 years.

DH & I will be trying other DVC resorts on future trips. We'd like to eventually try them all. However, I think we'll always end up back at our home resort because we loved SSR's walk to DTD.

Also stayed at Grand Floridian on DVC points with my wife on our anniversary. One place we've always wanted to visit is Vero Beach or Hilton Head. Unfortunately, we're habitual last-minute planners and they never have availability.

The only resorts we've not stayed at ar SSR (which just doesn't appeal to us) and HH which we've got no plans to stay at
