We will be staying on the Disney Property in April. We will be trying a Time Share not owned by Disney. Can I make Meal Reservations thru Disney even though we are not staying at one of there resorts?

Advanced Dining Reservations can be made by anyone. It has NOTHING to do with whether or not you are staying at a Disney resort.
But in a separate question, how is it that you will "be staying on the Disney property" but not staying at a Disney resort?

We are staying with family that has a Time Share at Bonnet Creek I was told it is on the property and owned by Wyndham. We have always stayed at one of the WDW resorts. This is the first time we will not be staying at one and I am a little worried that we will be disapointed in our trip. Sounds like I can make my dining reservations now so that will be great. Not so sure on how we get connected into the WDW transportation. One of the things I really like about WDW are the monorails and bus transports through out the park. Thanks for the help.

WDW bus transportation does not go to Bonnet Creek. Maybe it has it's own transportation to the parks.

You will not be able to use WDW Transportation from where you are staying since you technically aren't staying at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Once you get yourself from your time share place to a Disney park, you can then use Disney Transport to get to other Disney destinations. But Disney will NOT provide you transportation to and from your time share.
If it's the same Bonnet Creek resort I'm thinking of, the one right next to CBR, that is NOT Disney-owned land. It's an "island" of land that was never ever owned by Disney. Not that it matters if it was owned by Disney. There are plenty of non-Disney hotels on Disney-owned land that DON'T get Disney Transport services, such as all the hotels along Hotel Plaza Blvd. across from Downtown Disney.
