I disagree - it totally depends on what you do with those trips.
Once I went with just my DH (no kids) and it was very magical!!!
In 2009 I"m going again with just my friend and her DD - it will be an all girl trip (I have 2 DD's) - that trip will be loads of fun :cool1:

Having gone to Pleasure Island on my honeymoon (Sept-1996) I was not that impressed and we have not gone back since. Now that I have kids it will be exciting to see what they plan.

Going to Disney World without my children (DD5,DS2,DS6mths) or DH would make me too sad. I would think of them all the time.

Agreed on Californina Adventure. I've never been but I do think the multi billion redo means that it is so.

There should be a bar, or some kind of restraint other than just a thin seat belt on Soarin! For the chickens like me, ::yes:: but also for people with a physical handicap that otherwise would prevent them from riding. I can't imagine anything more magical than riding Soarin! if you have mobility challenges.
