Bahamas Immigration Form question?

I cannot recall if I sign for my minor children. It also asks where we are visiting not sure which I check. Nassau/Paradise Island - Freeport/Grand Bahama Island or Other Island. We are on the Magic.

On the Magic, the bahamian island you will be visiting will be Castaway Cay. so you will choose - other island.

You need to fill out the form for everyone in your party including children.
