Buzz Lightyear on the Parade

Watching the Once Upon A Dream parade today got me and the wife into a discussion - is Buzz Lightyear (on his float) a robot or is it a human?

I think, due to the way he/it moves that it must be an automatic character, but the wife insists there is someone in the suit?

Anyone able to settle this for us please?

Having looked at my photos I would say he was a character rather that an animitronic . Just my opinion though :goodvibes

I agree, its a human not a robot. I had a good look when the parade passed by me and you could see the guys legs and the armour attached to him :)

Hiya, well david is the usual one on this site but we are sat here with 2 sleeping girls and have had the most fab day, thanks for backing me, i knew it was a real one. We r off back to spain tomorrow and have had the most amazing day well worth the 4th trip in a year. xx

Thanks. It has been a fab day and with DD being Princess mad it was fitting to celebrate with the Princess Lunch at Auberge de Cendrillon.

I will post some more in a trip report when I get back tomorrow.
