Looking for some info from Rabbitt:

1. Approximately how far in advance should we make our reservations?

2. We are flying on a stand-by basis, so there is a possibilty of having to change plans. Do you have any policy in relation to how much notice you need in case our plans would change?

Although I dont have any answers to your question, I do have a suggestion...

I flew 2 summers ago and due to a huge storm in the airport I was departing from, my plans changed a half dozen times. My car company, Limo-Orlando (http://www.limo-orlando.com) was great. They have a 800 number I called and told them each time the change and they always responded "No problem!" Sure enough, when I actually got on a flight, they were waiting right on time. Give them a try(plus their rates are pretty good too!)
