8 - 12 yr old's OBC party??

The 8-12 year olds have a party on Tropical night from 10:00 to 11:00 called OBC Party. Can any recent cruisers tell me what kind of party that is?

I thought it was a glow-in-the-dark party but it looks like the teen party is the Glow Jam, so they may have that theme.
