It was actually a nice day today. We have 6 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains, so we got out and hiked in our "back yard" and looked for whoolybugers with the kids. It was fun. I hope this weather is here to stay for awhile. I, too, am sick of being cold.

We have had some COLD weather this winter, but hardly no snow. You know what that means right? In 3 weeks, when we are ready to head to the fort, the TT will be under a 12' snow drift, the truck will be encrusted in 3' of solid ice, and the temps will be so cold that the milk will freeze between the house and the camper as we try to pack....... happy thoughts happy thoughts happy thoughts..... it will be nice it will be nice it will be nice it will be nice..... ok all better now....

:rotfl:
A Whoolybuger is an "animal" native to China and much like a Yeti. It lives in the Forest behind my house and likes to eat children (specifically 8 year old girls). When kids are not available, black bear will do. My DH is now "famous" for his whoolybuger hunting and expeditions. Despite the almost certain risk, every child who visits my house insists on going on one of these adventures. They try like crazy to find his den, as well as clues to his whereabouts (ie~scratching posts, over turned trees, large foot prints). It really is all the rage~you should try it sometime!:rotfl:

No, whoolybugers don't typically venture up to Long Island!;)
