There is a mini bar. I think you can ask to have it cleared...for a fee. You are probably better off to bring along (or pick up close by) a styrofoam cooler and keep it filled with ice.

A cooler or two has alwyas worked fine for me.

$15 per day to rent a refrig..I was told that if you use mini bar that it would just be lukewarm and not cold like a refrig...

We are staying at the RPR 8/22-8/26. I booked thru AAA and requested a refridgerator in the nroom for my Daughter's medicine. Do you think they will charge me for that?

We are very excited for this trip and it is the first time we are staying on site.

You won't be charged for medical reasons. I would call ahead to see if they need paperwork.

there will be no charge.
did you have it listed on your ressie, fridge for medical need?
if not, call back and have it added.

this way you will be guarenteed a fridge in your room.


the mini fridge will only keep things slightly cool.
stop at publix or walk to walgreens by PBH and buy the
$4 styrofoam chest.
fill it with ice on your floor and leave the chest in the tub during the day.

lot of us homies do that to save money.

i give my chest away to anyone in the check in line when i check out.

I debated renting a fridge. 15/day No way.

I bought a collapsible cooler that will fit in my luggage---TADA I like water and soda after it has been in a cooler of ice better anyway.

We bought a styrofoam one too.

Ohiodislover - we've used a collapsible in the past, make sure you keep it in the tub. Ours was very wet and then the floor was wet.
