already here, ddp suggestions for dinner

we are here and need a suggestion for a fun good place to eat for fri 2/1. we have a reservation for 8:30pm atwhispering canyon, but it's too late for us. we have the dining plan. whispering canyon and ohana are already booked. when we called dining reservations, they told us they can't look up a time slot without knowing the name of a restaurant. anyone?

First, where are you going to be tomorrow? That will help to narrow down where you can eat. If you can't get into the places that you want, you can keep trying. Some people do end up canceling.

The same thing happened to us and we decided to keep the late ressie. We showed up much earlier to hang at the hotel and Whispering Canyon was practically empty. So we asked to seat....They seated us right away (about an hour earlier).

I think many people don't show up for ressies and you might be able to get in earlier. IF YOUR WILLING TO GIVE A TRY!!! GOOD LUCK!!:flower3:
